I was having water back up into my bathroom and my landlord had them come over. They were here for 20-30 minutes and then they just kind of left. I'm not having the problem anymore so I guess that means they fixed it, but just a confirmation would have been nice. I didn't know if they left and they had planned to come back or what. A 'We fixed it, have a nice day' would've been awesome.

I had Drew with LBA come out for an annual furnace maintenance and tune up. He was wonderful. I have a very old furnace and he was very honest with me about the shape it was in (still good) but would be much more efficient and save me money on monthly bills if it were replaced. He was also very helpful with all my questions and very informative. I'm a first time home buyer so there wee A LOT of questions. I highly recommend LBA.
