Had a basement drain backup recently one evening after work, in our 80yr old home.
Called Alex to explain my situation and to see if they could send someone out that evening.
He said he could, but was very open about what that would cost me.
He said if there was any way that we could wait until the next day, that he could have someone come by when I got home from work at 5:30pm.

Long story short, they showed up on time, told me what it would cost and got right to work.
The Tech (Jason, I believe) was having a difficult time with the old plumbing, but with persistence he was able to clear my drain.
It only took a couple hours and the price was more than fair in my opinion.

I would definitely recommend them and I appreciated their fairness and transparency on what the repair would cost, and I appreciated them accommodating my work schedule. Kudos to Alex and Jason.

Mark and his guys made a very unfortunate situation a very pleasant and easy process. Every issue that we had or question that we had was answered quickly and gave complete peace of mind. The work that they did was cleaned up each day to the point where you wouldn't have even known anyone was there and they would up turning a huge headache into a major upgrade for our home. It's so easy and affordable to have your entire tile look replaced with a new, modern design. I was able to do my entire tile renovation in just one day by myself at home. The best thing about these new tiles is that they're matte grey without any little golden flecks. I wanted a tiled bathroom with a dark and moody feel. Pierpoint Plumbing will come out to your home and do the tile installation in just one day.

The plumber was very polite and did a great job. I wanted my driveway drain cleared like the last time for 140$ 4 months ago. They recommended a water jet and getting the camera in there to really see what’s going on at that time. (There’s no bid to approve or even review to clear up questions or misunderstandings) So, this time around, I choose to go ahead and get a camera down there on top of clearing my drain....the camera can’t fit and there’s water in the pipe so we can’t see anything. I asked if I was still going to be charged for the camera work and turns out the camera work was a ‘free add on’ along with the 477$ water jet. Oh, so I’m basically paying for the same results x’s 3. “Sorry for the inconvenience” was their reply...no I don’t think I’m going to call them again or recommend them unless they want to charge me a fair price. I don’t get to charge people for special equipment that doesn’t produce results so.....?

Brian was a great tech. He provided me with all the details I needed to know and was very friendly. There was some confusion setting up my appointment, but that wasn't Brian's fault. I'm satisfied overall.

On Mother's Day I had poop in my basement and the company that I had used a week prior refused to come out and take care of it under their warranty. Allan Schellenger 1512 came out and was wonderful. He was sympathetic to the fact I was getting ready to have a houseful of people in a hour and a half. I was practically in tears and he was very calming and got right to work. He was very thorough making sure that whatever sink or toilet I used nothing would happen. I would recommend them to any one for emergency services.

Taylor our repairman show up on time, knowledgeable, professional, quick and reliable and friendly on repairing our shower faucet which we had repaired by another company that wasn’t fixed correctly the first time and took a painful 3-1/2 hours.

Taylor knew what to do and repaired our shower faucet and took him a total time of 30 minutes top. We are so happy for his skillful repair work! The cost was small. We appreciate him and Above and Beyond for their great professional services. Will definitely call them again if we need and plumbing repairs. I would recommended this company to anyone needing a plumber!!
