Best City Drain Cleaning in Kansas City MO

Donovan came out for KB and got us checked out. Ran the auger first then camera. unfortunately looks like we have bigger fish to fry, but he did what he could and we'll have to cross the bigger bridge when we get to it. other than that, I have used KB before for another service and that's why I went with them again. Professional and they do good work. Thank you all.

First of all, Cory is a super technician. The main drain out to the sewer periodically just backs up - tree roots growing underneath a house built in 1937 - gotta expect some occasional trouble.
Zoom Drain popped up first in my plumber search and they are very professional and responsive! I got lucky and Cory showed up to do the work. He's kind, experienced, and I trust his knowledge and advice. So, all positive with one little exception; turned out to be a spendy plumbing call! But quality work outweighs the cost in this situation.

They replaced my hot water heater quickly and were very cost friendly! 10/10 recommend!

He is very good very busy and hard to hire.. because is stays busy. but if you are able to get on his schedule you will be very pleased with his work. NO complaints here!

The plumber mislead me and was dishonest. He told me a simple clearance of the main would be $750 after I paid $150 to him. He didn't access the drain in the closest area to reach the clog. While I scheduled the expensive service I sought out another opinion and was able to have my issue fixed in less than an hour for less than $100 including a warranty and camera scan after. I chose Mr. Rooter because that's who my parents used and now will never trust Mr. Rooter again.

Great company, had plumbing emergency on a Friday where the main sewer line got backed up in the house. This was the only company that would come out on same day before the weekend. Got everything fixed and running smoothly in a timely and professional manner. I will be using the company again and would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

Bristol Plumbing came out this morning to repair frozen water pipes leading to the kitchen sink. I called on Sunday & they came out first thing this morning. They were meticulous in assessing the problem & determining the location of the frozen pipe in the finished basement ceiling. They were careful only to remove the necessary drywall to locate the correct water pipes. Our kitchen faucet is now working & we have a plan to correct the problem for the long term. Their pricing was very fair for the work they did, especially on a sub-freezing day. I would highly recommend Bristol Plumbing!

Kameron Pennington was my tech today who came to my home to troubleshoot problems in our washing machine. Kameron was excellent. VERY informative. Unfortunately the outcome was to buy a new washer. But Kameron gave us some great advice on a new machine to buy. Every tech should be like Kameron!

My sewage drain backed up, and after reading some of the reviews on here, decided to try Quick Relief for the first time. Anthony S. lived up to the hype! I called this morning to schedule an appointment, and was given a time. Anthony called and was able to meet even before the appointment time. He was courteous, professional, and cleaned out the roots causing the blockage in no time at all. Excellent customer service, great price, extremely satisfied. I will definitely use this company again for my plumbing needs. I love when people take pride in their work and are friendly as well.

The lady on the phone is short, not polite and they took 528 bucks and didn’t even leave me with a working bathroom. I’m amazed they have almost 5 stars but definitely can see how on other sites they are rated low. They also accused me of hanging up on them when the call was dropped. After a third time calling them to see if they would remedy the situation, yes I hung up. I didn’t want to say anything rude.

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I'll be using them from now on!

Extremely impressed....we had major issues with another corporate brand trying to charge us roughly $700 to snake a line that was 100 ft....we told them no way, called Poor John's and will never call anyone else again besides them.
They were quick to reply, quick to do the job, professional, friendly and incredibly reasonable as far as pricing.

We needed immediate service because our water heater stopped working. It was a huge inconvenience, and we couldn't wait much longer. We gave Plumbers 911 a call, their operator was kind and friendly, and in less than an hour, Doug arrived to help us out. He resolved the issue fairly quickly, thanks for saving our water heater! Glad we didn't have to buy a new unit!!!
