We needed some faucets replaced. Called True Blue, scheduled ad earlier today Michael showed up on time and competed the work with expertise, professionalism, and quickly. We would highly recommend both True Blue and Michael. Michael was very helpful with explaining what he was doing and giving tips on maintenance issues. If you call True Blue and request Michael, you will have no regrets. I am planning on using them again.

Great experience with this company. Started off rocky, as a backed up sewer line was not effectively dealt with and I felt the service man, while doing his best, was in over his head in this instance. I then was considering other plumbers. However after visiting with the owner, we came to an agreement where I trusted them to do the right thing. They sent Andy out for a new perspective and right away I recognized he was efficient and knowledgeable. The issue was resolved and I felt like I was treated fairly and honestly and charged what was very fair. I would no doubt hire them again and would make a stated preference for Andy!!

We had our new faucet installed on Saturday but it came loose by Monday. We called Roto-Rooter out to come fix it. They had someone out to our house within an hour and half and had it fixed. Jason was the plumper who came out and repaired it. He was absolutely awesome. He was extremely personable and had our faucet fixed in no time. For all future plumbing problems we may run in to I will 100% ask for Jason to come back.

Our toilet drain was clogged and the plumber had it fixed within 20 minutes. We received a large discount that I was not expecting because I had already pulled the toilet. What started out as what we thought was a simple kitchen drain snake turned into needing pipes removed and replaced. Ace's was professional and upfront about everything that they saw, what they needed to do and why. Whenever they advised of a service window they were always at the beginning of the window or early with great communication. They were even patient with me as I worked out an issue with my bank. I will use no other company moving forward.
