We had a water heater stop working that Connelly Plumbing installed last Spring of 2020. Even though this was a new item, it apparently had a part go bad. The part was covered however the labor was not due to it being just past a year from install. The repair technician was there for about an hour and the bill was over $300.00. As I was on vacation at the time my youngest step-son authorized the work. When I called their office to inquire about the cost I was given a flat the work was approved by the person at the residence. No other explanation was given. I've since used another local plumber and I'm much more happy with their work and billing practices.

The service was great! Arrived on time, found the problem (it was not easy--but he was determined to figure this out), tested and retested to make sure the problem was corrected, left the area cleaner than when he arrived. Would definitely recommend them!

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I'll be using them from now on!

Zaarly is awesome

I used the guys at QP for a broken faucet replacement and when they came out I realized they also did HVAC. The faucet repair went from what I thought would be complicated to a painless fix, and they handled the other issue I was having on the HVAC side while they were at it. Glad to have intelligent and efficient people save me from a lot bigger issues. Big fan.. will highly recommend them to anyone asking.

Jason and Anna were helpful, professional, and did quality work. When there was a bit of a miscommunication (probably more on our part), they had great customer service and resolved the issue promptly.

Mic came to our home and installed a new toilet and valve for us. He was professional, worked efficiently and was extremely courteous. We would recommend Quality Plumbing & Mic to all our family and friends. We will look to have them help us with any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend Mic! The cost was reasonable. It was less than half of what another local company tried to charge us. Keep up the good work.

I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional.... I will never use the other company AGAIN! J.F Denney are the right ONES!

We needed immediate service because our water heater stopped working. It was a huge inconvenience, and we couldn't wait much longer. We gave Plumbers 911 a call, their operator was kind and friendly, and in less than an hour, Doug arrived to help us out. He resolved the issue fairly quickly, thanks for saving our water heater! Glad we didn't have to buy a new unit!!!

I contacted $49 Handyman to repair screens on my back porch. Doug came out and gave me a fair estimate to do the work. He never returned to do the work and never returned my phone calls or text messages. I would stay away from this company and look for someone else to do the work.
