Great customer service from setting appointment to the plumber Curtis seem to be very knowledgeable and went to work quickly. He showed me the new flange and how he had anchored it with cement screws. Only negative was the price seemed to be on high side.

The office called when the technician was on his way. He arrived within 30 minutes as explained by the office. He was courteous and repaired the washing machine line issue expediently. We were also pleased that we didn't have to pay a weekend/emergency fee as we were moving on a Saturday and it was a hectic, crazy weekend. Thanks, Roto-Rooter.

Just got a service from goettl AC and I was impressed by the helpfulness of the office staff. From Kristina in answering and transferring my call to Robyn for scheduling and Erica making sure the bill was paid! I was floored. And even Lorenzo called a few days later and made sure that we had a 5 star service and directed me to leave a review! Amazing work and I will be recommending to all my friends and family.

He never came and never contacted us, although we made clear that we needed to be contacted in advance since we had to arrange for someone to meet him at the residence since we were out of town. Stan’s staff couldn’t even contact him

I tried to solve the plumbing problem by myself following the advice of a friend but I damaged more pipes in my house, I was really suspicious to call an unknown company but I just came across turbo plumbing and they solved everything in a very short time.

First, I would like to say that I would recommend Efficient for anyone who is having a new AC system installed. They installed my inside/outside combo unit quickly and did a great job, at what I feel is a fair price, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. It is post install where you should look elsewhere, and why I took 3 stars off my review.I called Efficient because the same unit they installed stopped blowing cold air. The tech charged a $99 diagnostic fee, which I understand. This is pretty normal. Then he told me he needed to replace a capacitor (which was covered by warranty) and the labor would be $360. I told him to go ahead, having no idea how long that would take. Almost exactly 15 minutes later the tech calls me saying he is done, and needs my credit card info. 15 MINUTES later...I asked why $360 if it only took 15 minutes, and he told me they work off a flat rate, not hourly. This is where I have an issue. If this job had taken 2-3 hours, I would get that rate. But charging customers $360 for a 15 minute repair is outrageous.I also get that it was an after hours repair, which has a higher charge. And I am fine with paying a premium for service on the weekend. But this is beyond any reasonable price in my opinion. Even during regular hours the tech said it would be $240 for the same job. That is still $960/hr., which is an extremely terrible value.They say they use a rate to keep prices consistent for all of their customers, but that doesn't add up. The charge to me works out to $1,440 /hr. Someone who has a 3 hour repair would pay $120/hr. So how exactly does that make it consistent for all customers? All this shows me is that the price is consistently horrible for any customers with a quick repair. So in conclusion, this was probably the least value of any service I have ever received.

My wife chose Elite for their positive reviews (quality service at fair prices), and they earned another one from me. Alex was punctual & professional, and he did a good job installing the Reme Halo we wanted. Then he went above & beyond to do a quick diagnostic test on an unrelated issue, and he did not try to up-sell me. He told me straight up that I need a new thermostat. Boy did that earn my trust & respect! Wish we had known about Elite last summer when we had real problems with our HVAC system. Elite will most definitely be our first & only call next time we need service.

What a team! these guys will go above and beyond for residential service. They are my go to guys in the Austin area they service some of the nicest homes and the nicest areas and are very well trusted from karl to Mason to Jimmy I can't say enough about them. They are awesome plumbers.

I've used Classic twice now and won't hesitate to do so again. Each time they came, it was when they said they would. When they got here, they knew what to do and they did it. As a plus, the guys they sent each time were friendly.

Brian is an honest and responsive contractor. We will use him again for our condominium plumbing needs.

I would like to thank PreFix and let their customers know what type of company they are. During the Covid 19 they were looking to protect their employees and customers by purchasing and wearing masks. There are plenty of people at this time making masks for profit. They however purchased from me knowing that when they bought one they were guaranteed that I would match the number they bought with an equal donation or exceed it. Thanks to PreFix I was not only able to match but exceed that donation. Today I donated to a crisis center in my town 20 masks. They were operating with zero and today are covered. I have also donated to a few elderly and handicapped because of them. It matters to this company to do the right thing to not only staff and customers but to their community as well even when they think no one will know. This is a company that truly cares.
