Team Radiant really impressed us with their level of customer service when we recently sourced them for a new AC system. We had to act fast because we didn't want to be stuck with a broken, outdated system in the midst of this pandemic. Our quick decision did not disappoint, and their guys were ready and available the following morning. Install time was about 8 hours. There was a very small section of drywall that needed touch up/ repair due to an unforeseen install issue, but Radiant has their own guys that can handle this and do a professional job. My 86yr old grandmother was taken by this company for a one thousand dollars, the company said there would be a refund. Almost a month later “No refund No work done”, it’s disappointing but expected given the world we live in.

I'm too busy with a job that has me spend a lot of time traveling around Austin to do my own home repairs, so I called Mr. Rooter when my kitchen sink stopped working. They sent a guy over, I left for work, and came home to find the sink working. So in my book, they did a great job! :)

New HVAC system installed. Some issues with cold areas in the house. Abacus has been responsive to our concerns in a professional, timely matter. Scheduled a change with thermostat location next week. Hopefully that will fix the issue.

These guys are my plumping heros! Proven Plumbers will take care of you fast and for a reasonable price. We had a plumbing emergency and they tried to help us take care of it over the phone. When we were not able to stop the water ourselves they came out in minutes! It prevented our home from having water damage and we are so grateful.

Our furnace stopped working on Sunday morning and I called Turbo and they were out the same day to take a look at the problem. Jay explained the problem thoroughly and offered to try and find parts for our ancient furnace without trying to sell us on a new one. Replacing was the way to go for us, however, and Turbo was able to bring and install a new one the next day. We were very impressed with the speed of their service and the price was reasonable. They cleaned up the work site afterwards, were polite and communicated everything well. If I had to ask for one improvement, it would be stricter Covid protocols, as I had to ask a few guys to wear masks in the house. Otherwise, great service and we would be happy to use Turbo again.
