Proven plumbing was one of the only companies I was able to get a hold of to schedule a last second repair. They were communicative and very prompt!! I called in the morning and received service by early afternoon.The men who came out to do the job were very kind, and they were also very competent at their job. They started digging and located the leak in under 10 minutes. After that, they were able to perform the repair with the parts in their truck very quickly, and with no complications! They also made sure to be careful with the roots of my pecan tree (my tree is very precious to me).I am so thankful for the service this company provided! It was timely, professional, competent and very reasonably priced! Thank you guys!

I contacted Efficient when we were looking to replace our current heat pump, their staff was extremely helpful and responsive. The installation crew was on time, and completed all of the work in under 5 hours, they put down protective mats inside my home and removed all of their waste.The only issue we had was when they removed the original outdoor unit was that it was dropped onto our wooden deck which resulted in some scrapes and large scratches.I would recommend using Efficient in the future.

My hot water heater went out this week and Mason had someone to my house within hours to come take a look at it. The next morning they arrived on time (early actually) and began work immediately to replace it. They were polite, helpful and got the situation taken care of in the most cost effective route. Their phone number is now saved in my phone for any plumbing issues that may come up in the future.

I have used Diamond Plumbing for over 2 years now. Toilet repair, clearing drains, faucet replacement, water heater replacement and irrigation system repair. They are fantastic. Highly recommended.

I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with these guys. I had used them for over a decade with great results but that has changed. I understand the reluctance to give labor rates over the phone but the refusal to give the price of a specific toilet model (as in the part) reeks of bait and switch. Further, I could not even get a call back to confirm my service appointment and find out today that they are now booked for the next two weeks. I wish I had called someone else.
