We bought a new home a little over a year ago and noticed the AC unit was not cooling all the rooms. We called radiant and Ian came out to our home to assess the issue. We were informed by Ian that he didn’t the calculations and our unit was big enough for the home, but we needed new ductwork . We asked to be sure this was correct. We paid 7K on new ductwork and still had the same issues. After several other technicians came to our home to try to fix the problem, it was determined that the initial calculations were done incorrectly and we needed a bigger unit. Ian even came back to our home to apologize, but Radiant didn’t offer to correct their mistake and we are still paying for the 7k in ductwork that wasn’t necessary. They told us we could buy a new unit at full price. A couple weeks ago, another technician, Daniel, came to provide service to to unit and I informed him that I’m still waiting to hear from management about our problem. He spoke to a manager and informed me management would contact me to discuss this matter. Nobody ever called. I’m a combat veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan…this is my first home and I can’t believe the way Radiant has ignored me! Very disappointed in this company’s integrity and business practices.

They came right on time, they fixed what needed repairing, and it was a fair price. A clear win!

My very old kitchen faucet started leaking quite a lot. Nick from Mr. Rooter Plumbing came over that day and suggested a replacement rather than a repair of the current faucet. He did the job quickly despite some difficulties in removing the old faucet. The new faucet is working great. The area was cleaned up perfectly. All round a job well done!

I had a small leak that, after some tinkering, became a bigger leak 2 days before Thanksgiving . Yuri literally got here within an hour and had it fixed in ~10 minutes. Reasonable rate, no rush charge, friendly service.Will definitely use again

Another plumber told me that I needed to replace my water heater. One of the thermostats and elements had gone bad. Jim was able to replace the parts without costing me the expense of getting a new water heater. I was so happy not to have to pay thousands of dollars. Jim is truly a nice person and knows a lot about plumbing. He's very easy to talk with and takes the time to diagnose the problem and make sure everything is in good shape. At every step he explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. You won't go wrong if you call Jim.

I've been dreading calling a plumber b/c I wasn't in the mood for an overpriced bid and the run around. Finally called Proven after seeing positive reviews. Called around 11am and someone was at my house by 2pm. They were professional and experienced. Had both my leaks fixed within an hour for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

My air conditioning unit in my home went out in the middle of the summer and these guys came to my home so fast the same day and fixed it and got me up and running, Christian and Ricky are great!!! Last night i had a water heater leaking and they came to fix it temporarily and this morning to replace it. Definitely recommend!!

I submitted a form on their website over the weekend, looking for a consultation on a full system and ductwork replacement. I received a call back first thing the following Monday from Brian (good so far!), and set an appointment with Brian for him to come by that following Thursday between 10 and 12.Brian did not show up for the appointment. I have received no follow-up call explaining the oversight, no email contact, no request to reschedule, no excuses for unexpected delays, nothing.One star for the initial responsiveness, but that's the lowest Google will allow me to give, frankly.First impressions are critical, and they completely failed with this one. At this point, even if they reached out to reschedule, I don't think I could trust that they'd show up to the next one, or install a new system on time, or do the quality of work that they say they will. Trust is broken and I would actively suggest you look elsewhere for your home or business mechanical service needs.I understand businesses are busy right now. All it would have taken was a quick call/text/email to ask to reschedule when Brian saw he wasn't going to be able to make the appointment. Instead, by completely wasting a potential customer's time like this, it's clear that Brian and Efficient AC, Electric & Plumbing are not interested in any new customers.

I called due to a gas leak under my stove. Reliant Plumbing was super responsive, offered to send someone right away, and came to diagnose/fix the problem correctly. Dustin was super knowledgeable and double checked all the fittings/connections to make sure everything was safe. Highly recommended for local, trustworthy service and reasonable prices.
