Just when I thought quality, honest, hard working folks did not exist anymore. I have maybe posted 3 reviews in my life...this business is totally legit and should be proud.

This company is FANTASTIC! I called to get three quotes to replace my ADA kitchen faucet and repair/replace the garbage disposal. Austin Plumblery responded within 24 hours.Travis was great, professional and punctual. I have found my plumbing professionals. Did I mention that Travis did a great job replacing my kitchen faucet & garbage disposal plus he filled the soap dispenser!

Drivers should be better trained. Was driving home today and one of your drivers in the larger van you have pulled right in front of me in on coming traffic. My light was green, he was doing a right turn (which should have been treated as a yield, NOT right of way) out of the QT off Dell way/Mays street and barely paused and looked at me. Although he saw me coming, he continued to pull right in front of me. Could’ve caused us to collide and my children were in the car. There was another smaller van following him that I’m sure can collaborate the story.

we had a toilet problem that another plumbing company told us it would take 4-8 weeks to get the replacement part. After 8 weeks and no help, we called Neighborhood Plumbing who came out the same day and fixed our problem immediately.The lady who answered the phone was courteous & polite. The gentleman who came was very professional,personable & polite.they'll be handling all our plumbing needs in the future.

Starr Sewer and Drain did a fantastic job replacing my sewer line! Speaking to and working with Starr was very educational. Starr went far and beyond when provided details and explanations. In return I feel it is only fair to provide the same thorough approach to this review. The Estimate – Extremely detailed and clear. The Contract – Again, very detailed and clear. Office Staff – Answered the phone on 2nd/3rd ring and either answered my question(s) or provided an answer by the end of the day. Reliability – Never made excuses (other than the day it rained), started on time, completed the job a day earlier than expected. They provided me with thorough documentation: Engineer Report, pictures, measurements, proof of permit application, proof of permit being closed, copy of my warranty. Organizing Jobsite – At the end of each day, the jobsite was clean and organized, the dirt removed from the trench had tarps under and over each pile. No food wrappings, cans, bottles left in the yard. Overall Experience – great communication, hardworking crew, friendly office staff.

PLUMBINATOR to the rescue. We had to have our sewer line re-routed due to a large break mid-yard. They had to breakthru huge boulders and mountains of roots to reach a point of our line where they could connect for the re-route to the city. I’ve never witnessed a harder working team. This family business is by far, the best. What a joy to find an honest, hardworking and a trustworthy team of great guys. Thank you PLUMBINATOR for doing an awesome job.

I was hoping that my tankless water heater, which was damaged during the Big Freeze, could be repaired. Dennis did his best to diagnose the issue and obtain the parts. The manufacturer sent the wrong parts more than once, then finally admitted they no longer stock the needed parts. With no repair possible, Dennis replaced my water heater quickly and at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Our water heaters were on the blink and I did some research and decided to go Tankless this time. Reached out to Dennis as he is a certified pro dealer for Rennai (they are the best in the market) Tankless Water Heater. The day I called Dennis, he came in the same day and inspected the heaters and suggested we go Tankless. His Estimates were fair and he came by yesterday and installed it. He is a man with high integrity, polite, good sense of humor and methodical in his approach! So glad we found him. Dennis is my 'go to guy for my plumbing needs.
