So this is outrageous someone just came to check on my power outlet for a quote and I had 6 power outlets that weren't working and once I heard the price I was shocked. For a diagnostic fee they wanted $309 dollars and per outlet to fix they wanted $246 dollars on top of that......so $246 x 6 outlets...do the math....this is highway robbery...I say again..it was not $246 a hour labor...Make sure to go look at there Yelp reviews...that's what I have should of done before calling them

We had Tony come out and finish up a repair on one of our houses after part came in. There was a wiring issuing and he stuck with it until problem was solved. He then performed a summer maintenance check on two systems at our other house. Total professional and would welcome him to work on our AC units in the future.

My nest thermostat had stopped working over a year ago. I had an HVAC company come out to figure out what was wrong. They spent over 12 hours trying to figure out the issue. They left me with cheap temporary thermostat, but did not fix the issue. Luckily they didn't charge me either. I was tired of being frustrated so using PreFix they set up an appointment with Stan's. I was happy they could come out quickly. Within 15 minutes (Chris Hull), the technician was able to diagnose the issue as a faulty base plate with the nest thermostat. I ordered a new thermostat and he came back to install it. Issue fixed and it didn't require a several hundred dollar part(new control board) like I was told may need to be ordered to fix the issue. I will definitely call these guys again.

Bought a tankless water heater in May. Eleven weeks later the installation has still not passed the city inspection. Nothing but runaround and unreturned calls trying to complete the job.

10/10 turbo exceeded my expectations, they are the best! I had been 2 days looking for a service technician for my air conditioner because it had stopped cooling due to a blockage in the condenser, but every time I found a place to do it they told me it would take between 1 or 2 days to visit my house, until I found turbo, from the moment I called the attention was excellent, they scheduled an appointment and the same day the technical team arrived with tools and supplies to solve my problem. i recommend them.

Today I had my routine Strand Brothers service inspection of my HVAC system. Strand Brothers sent three men to help. They used the opportunity as as a training exercise for a new employee. All three men were polite and the experience was positive. You could tell that the training supervisor was allowing the new guys to do most of the work (as he should). My system checked out well according to Gilbert. Gilbert also fixed several leaks in my air ducts at a reasonable charge. My thanks to Gilbert, Deshawn and Adam for a job well done and their attention to detail. I was very happy with todays services.

I highly recommend AC Pros. Noah, the owner was incredibly professional and we couldn’t have had a better experience with Mark who came several times to our home. We have a newborn baby and Mark was so considerate of the baby, and our family. He went above and beyond every time. He explained everything clearly, he was super patient and very considerate. He wore protective covers on his shoes every time he came in the house, wore a mask just for extra precautions, and even offered to help change the filters. On the install day the crew of Noah, Mark, and Ethan did a great job in a very tight space, they worked for almost the full day and were very respectful of our space and home. Everyone in the front office were also pleasant and understanding. The only hiccup was a discrepancy on the estimated financing from our quote and what the actual financing came out to be. We were expecting it to be a bit under $200 each month and it ended up over $500. So just be sure to double check the estimate and the financing at the end.

Updated 11-17-2021 Tech 2160I always thought this was a great company to go but I was wrong this time.It's one thing to be expensive, but it's another to be dishonest. This blue wire was loose on the Digital Ventilation Controller. I had told the Tech because of the wire being loose this is the reason why it wasn't working but he ensured me that wasn't the case that the blue wire had nothing to do with this control. I had to replace the whole unit for $500, but I had one in stock in my house and I asked them to replace it of course he charged me 120. When he replaced the Digital Ventilation Controller of course he use the blue wire to make it work. Where he told me that the blue wire didn't have nothing to do with the Digital Ventilation Controller but he was lying. I went ahead and exchange the old Digital Ventilation Controller back and it was working. Originally I had gave them a 4 star for the good customer service but now I had to drop because the tech was dishonest. I even confronted the tech about the blue wire and he keeps telling me that he didn't have to use it. lies after lies.They were expensive. They charged me 425 plus tax. This was parts and labor. Overall the company was excellent.
