John texted me in advance and arrived timely. He was both polite and knowledgeable. HE spent about 30 minutes checking it out and running a drain solvent. He also suggested a more effective solvent for me to apply regularly. And let me know about some add-ons that can extend the life of the unit motor. I find Radiant's service team to be prompt and reliable.

We broke and outside pipe while doing some DIY on a Sunday which resulted in us having to turn off our water. Daniel Plumbing was able to get someone to our house within a couple hours. Price was reasonable, repairman was professional, friendly and explained everything thoroughly. We really appreciate their responsiveness and will use them again.

Dominic was amazing! We called 1st Home and Commercial Services after reading the positive Google reviews because we needed help with an installation for a new bathroom sink and hardware and they were able to help us the same day. It was not a straight forward installation and we were missing a part. Dominic called multiple stores to track down the needed pieces and he did a stellar job with the installation. We also had questions about clogged drains and he recommended a product that he offered to drop off on his route the next business day. Dominic was friendly and really went the extra mile. He was also mindful of the current health crisis and practiced distancing and was wearing PPE including a mask and shoe covers. We were very impressed with the service and look forward to working with him again.

Very friendly, efficient. Was quoted double from different company and was told they needed to shut of water to entire building (condo). Thanks to rob he fixed it in half hour never needing to shut water off??

Just signed up for maintenance program. Christian Schuck (technician) was great. Took the time to take detailed pictures, explain how current system is setup, works, issues to be concerned about and focus on having an educated customer. Had a great experience. Feel like I know more about my home now than I did today morning.

Your Maintenance Guy was late because he had to finish another job. When he arrived, he did a fabulous job. He was professional and did a great job on an old airconditioning unit.

The guys that came out were good at what they do, but went through Home Depot with these guys and they jacked up the price of the installation. They charged me $400 for a thermal expansion tank to get my water heater up to code and when I went to Home Depot to price the tank later it cost $39.00 at Home Depot for the same tank! They said that if I purchased the Thermal expansion tank from HD that they couldn't guarantee the workmanship of the installation and in order to guarantee it I needed to purchase the tank from ARS / Rescue Rooter's manufacture. I did choose to purchase a water heater from Home Depot which was $75 cheaper than if I purchased through ARS and they guaranteed that installation so go figure. Be cautions with the markup of companies that are outsourced by Home Depot.

I had a water leak in my ceilings, there was a lot of humidity that was damaging my ceiling, so I called here and the service was excellent in determining where the water was coming from. He was very punctual and extremely efficient. They brought very good quality tools to solve my problem, and they always explained to me every move they made. This place used to be top notch, not sure what happened but its a done deal for us. One of our thermostats went out a couple weeks ago so I called for a technician to come out. He said the screen just went out that the unit itself was ok, then proceeded to tell me the new one would be $1075.00 and come with a 10 year warranty. I got excited because the one that went out was barely 5 years old..... Nope! Not a chance, they, conveniently, didn't offer warranties back then. Lol. I ended up buying a new thermostat, that actually has more options form Home Depot for $156.89, and installed it myself. This isn't the only problem, they usually come out twice a year to do the routine check up on both systems, this isn't a free process, and when I called to ask a few questions about why this thermostat didn't have a warranty and why they haven't been out the rude lady told me we haven't called to schedule. We never have called and scheduled anything, they always called us the day before. So I asked to talk to the manager, conveniently, he was out of the office that day. No problem, have him call me when he gets back in. No call 3 days later so I called and got to talk to the rude lady again and asked to speak to the manager, annnnnnnnddddd conveniently, he wasn't available. Never heard from the manager and it's been two weeks now. Needless to say we're going with a new company for all our HVAC needs.

Our shower handle went out this morning and water was pouring from the spout with no chance of stopping on its own. My husband and I even tried to use a wrench to tweak it... to no avail. We live in North Austin and especially with the recent winter storm plumbers and supplies have been scarce. I was worried we would have to turn off our water until tomorrow, waiting for the first available plumber but thank goodness for PreFix! They managed to come SAMEDAY within and hour of us calling! Initially they said they wouldn't be able to send someone out until tomorrow but they underpromised and over delivered!Our rep Zack was awesome! He was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to fix our issue. He even went to the store to look for the necessary parts to fix the issue. He was very personable and became friends with all of the cats in the house haha! We would absolutely recommend this company's services!

So disappointing! As a General Contractor, I had Fox look at a couple of items for me at one of our commercial clients.I gave explicit instructions to the techs & the person that dispatched the team that the invoices needed to come to me directly.Instead, Fox sent them directly to my client, cutting me out of the picture. Now more than a year later and 2 conversations with the company later, and they are still harassing me about the outstanding invoices.They prevented my company from earning a management fee on both of these jobs, and they are still harassing me 1 year later.
