John Murphy is a great technician. He took the time to go over every deatil of my A/C failure and made recomendatuons for next steps. He took care of one of my issues right away and relived part of my concern.

This is my second time using this company, the first time was with an AC issue which they did promptly explaining everything they were doing. This time was a repair on my main water line , Shad E was real nice explaining what he had to do to fix the issue and walked me through with his finial check list. Job well done I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Our A/C would not cool. I called Stan’s and they dispatched Abraham Ramos. He showed up within 20 min of my first call. Diagnosed the problem. Replaced the failed part and had us cooling in less than an hour of our call. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. I can’t say enough positive words about how well this entire experience with Stan’s went. I will continue to use and recommend Stan’s.

Excellent. We always have good service from Fox and this was no exception. Richard and John were both professional and helpful. Explained everything. The Technicians are always great and personable. They came to do an annual check of our heating unit.

STAY FAR AWAY!!UPDATE: after 4 months I had ARS remove their water heater that did NOT pass city inspection and I got fed up with missed appointments. I did get a refund.————-It took 3 weeks to get truly hot water in my new hot water heater & I received abusive behavior from the original plumber who thought he did good enough work! If leaving a mess, moving the new heater to a new place that took away much needed space in my utility room & not having hot water is a good job…Daniel, the electrician, had to fix the original plumber’s mistakes as well. It took 3 trips to fix the leak stop the plumber messed up. Daniel was professional & great.John C finally fixed the plumbing problems (3 weeks later) & he was terrific!Renee, the Customer Care manager was delightful & kept me from killing somebody! She fixed everything.

I had a water leak in my ceilings, there was a lot of humidity that was damaging my ceiling, so I called here and the service was excellent in determining where the water was coming from. He was very punctual and extremely efficient. They brought very good quality tools to solve my problem, and they always explained to me every move they made. I would definitely recommend this service!

I need a trusted company to provide a second opinion on the status of a home ac system. John Gonzalez came out and assessed both units. He was thorough and provided great attention to detail in rooting out the problems. John was responsive over the phone and professional. He provided a detailed explanation of the issues found, estimates for repair, and compiled a thorough report showing such. Because of his dedication and experience, he saved us on a new home purchase. I would highly recommend strand brothers and John to anyone needing trusted hvac work done. A++++

Used them a couple of times now. This time I called really late and got a human! They scheduled me for the next day and boom, someone calls me, I get a text confirming, nice service. At this point after my first good encounter I don';t think I wont go anywhere else when I have a problem. I feel like they know my system now as well. Explained everything to me.

Worst customer service. 5 minute warning call instead of 30-20 noted when scheduling. I was putting my infant to sleep and the tech banged down the door like a cop waking my kid up who was in a serious fit from the loud bang. Mind you I have a sign that says please don't knock. He was incredibly rude and looked at me like I was unjustified in explaining why his knock was inappropriate. Then when I asked if he could remove his shoes or I can provide shoe covers he refused and said I never remove my boots. After a back and forth he conceded and found some in his truckThroughout the entire service appointment he was very condescending and said that he did not hear a problem with our vents which is what he was here to check. They were clearly making a very loud noise and I also had video that I sent to the company prior to scheduling this appointment. Do not use them they were forced upon me by a warranty company and find somebody else who is more friendly and will not come into your house with a grumpy attitude and bad energy.Worst company to work with

I've worked with Homer, Mathew, Tim, and others on the prefix crew. This company saves you tons of money finding small maintenance issues that can potentially turn into large headaches if not addressed. These guys are awesome!

Our company called Fox out to fix a leak. Fox sent out two employees. It took the two employees a total of 10 man-hours before they could pinpoint the leak. Once their assessment was completed, I asked them what the cost would be to fix the leak. The plumber didn't seem to know how to bid the job. So, he told me he needed to check with his supervisor and get a quote sent over. After I had to call Fox and request the quote, it was sent over. They quoted 6,200, for what we needed. After receiving their enormous quote, I called another plumbing company. I gave the other company the same instructions that I gave Fox. The second company found the source of the leak in less than 2 hours with only one employee. I asked the other company for a quote. The second company quoted the job for 1,600, that's 1/4 the quote Fox gave. The new plumber fixed the two leaks in less time than it took Fox's employees to even find the leak.The worst thing was Fox billed us $1,043.75, for their employees' time! Worse still, THEY DIDN'T FIX THE LEAK!After contacting Fox about their outrageous invoice they decided to take the to take off the helpers portion of the bill, $260. So in effect, we paid Fox $783 for a leak they NEVER FIXED!
