Best Thermostat Installation in Austin TX

Radiant came to fix my toilet at my place of business, they only charged me a service fee of $39 dollars to adjust my toilet settings and educated me on what type of toilet to buy next. Anybody else would have gotten at least 3-5 hundred out of me, the last time I called someone with a similar problem they charged me $800, I won’t mention their name but this mention is not about them, it’s about the honest work they do at Radiant Plumbing. The thermostat that was sold to me with the HVAC was faulty, he replaced with a new unit that was also bad. Offered to order one direct from the factory, I declined. Asked what the price was for a Ehcobee 3 lite was and they stated discounted at $419.00, which I can bUy my myself elsewhere for $150.00, so I declined. I believe Abacus should have refunded a portion of my cost or given me the ehcobee at cost. This was not the technician’s fault! I have since ordered a ehcobee 4 for $219.00 from a separate company. They should at least install this unit for free. The original installer’s never tested the thermostat for both heat and air conditioning (first mistake) they would have caught the bad thermostat during the install, they tore apart my attack entrance which was never fixed by Abacus, I had to buy and repair myself, even after I notified their main office of this issue. I am not happy with the overall support, even after I recommended them to a neighbor. They installed his HVAC with a better unit (same size) a Ehcobee 4 and insulated his attic for the same price they charged me for just the HVAC?

There was a very disturbing water leak in my bathroom so I called this company and they came right away and checked my faucets and told me they were worn out over the years so they replaced it with a new one. A job very well done, they had the necessary and good quality materials to fix my problem. 5 stars

I highly recommend AC Pros. Noah, the owner was incredibly professional and we couldn’t have had a better experience with Mark who came several times to our home. We have a newborn baby and Mark was so considerate of the baby, and our family. He went above and beyond every time. He explained everything clearly, he was super patient and very considerate. He wore protective covers on his shoes every time he came in the house, wore a mask just for extra precautions, and even offered to help change the filters. On the install day the crew of Noah, Mark, and Ethan did a great job in a very tight space, they worked for almost the full day and were very respectful of our space and home. Everyone in the front office were also pleasant and understanding. The only hiccup was a discrepancy on the estimated financing from our quote and what the actual financing came out to be. We were expecting it to be a bit under $200 each month and it ended up over $500. So just be sure to double check the estimate and the financing at the end.

Brand new home can’t get it cool they tell me 76 is acceptable for cool . Home has 60-76 % humidity level all the time if we don’t run 2 dehumidifiers 24/7 . Three visits last year same result . Called 2times so far this season and have yet to receive a call back ..Very disappointed in this company .

I would like to thank PreFix and let their customers know what type of company they are. During the Covid 19 they were looking to protect their employees and customers by purchasing and wearing masks. There are plenty of people at this time making masks for profit. They however purchased from me knowing that when they bought one they were guaranteed that I would match the number they bought with an equal donation or exceed it. Thanks to PreFix I was not only able to match but exceed that donation. Today I donated to a crisis center in my town 20 masks. They were operating with zero and today are covered. I have also donated to a few elderly and handicapped because of them. It matters to this company to do the right thing to not only staff and customers but to their community as well even when they think no one will know. This is a company that truly cares.
