They quickly took down my information and let me know that a representative in my area would set up the schedule. The representative called and sent a text message letting me know when the plumber would be available, the name of the technician, a picture of the technician, and a brief bio about the technician.When Jordan arrived he smiled, introduced himself, and shook my hand. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained clearly what he would check for and what options I have. It turned out I did not have a leak. Jordan explained the source of the water and gave great options to fix the issue. It was a pleasure meeting Jordan and will be selecting the best option for my family knowing we are in great hands with Jordan and Radiant. Thank you.

Dayton AC did a great job of catering specifically to my requests. The flex work in the attic needed to be replaced. Most companies that came out gave me a much higher bid, involving a more complete overhaul. While those repairs would be helpful, they were not necessary, and right now my budget only has room for what is truly essential. Dayton was prompt, easy to work with, and willing to do exactly what I specified (Thanks, Brian!)

Fox technician removed an old bathroom vanity light fixture and installed an upgraded fixture. Communications on time of arrival were great. Technician was friendly, knowledgable, fast. Did a perfect job and cleared away all trash. I would highly recommend Fox Service to anyone!

I left this same comment with YELP, and it deserves repeating with the Google audience.We developed a leak in our ductless AC and were concerned how to fix it or if it was systemic of a larger issue. Having dealt in the past with other recommended air-conditioning companies we had regrets.So, I googled for the best ductless repair in Austin. Several company names populated. I checked the ones with the most positive comments; realizing that one must always take reviews with a grain of salt. After careful research, I selected GO GREEN Heating and Cooling here in South Austin off Old Manchaca Road.My first impression when calling was the professionalism and courtesy of the office manager. When I called back to schedule an appointment and got their answering service [another plus], he called me right back and confirmed my appointment; listened to the issue. I asked if Alex could be sent out; he said yes.I asked for Alex because the positive reviews that Go Green received, included Alex in their praise.Well Alex showed up this morning and was professional from the word go; very patient, he knew what he was doing - fixed the issue. He gave solid advice on how to prevent future leaks. The ultimate reason for the leaks was that the drip tubing was blocked because of all the frying we do and not cleaning the filter. So folks listen up, if you do a lot of frying - clean that filter frequently.Bottom-line - to my neighbors in South Austin and Austin in general - if you need help with your air-conditioning problems - call GO GREEN Heating and Cooling and ask for Alex, if he is available. However, I am confident that this company has equally capable staffers, if Alex is not available.GO GREEN Heating and Cooling is an awesome company with awesome staffing. And they've got one more happy customer for life. If you could see me, I am doing my happy dance - cause my air-conditioner is working thanks to Go Green and that's no blarney!

We have exclusively used Efficient for our AC needs for years. When most of our faucets became difficult to use, we decided to try the plumbing department at Efficient. Alan was friendly and professional (even wearing boot covers to protect our floors). He diagnosed the problem and even though it wasn’t what we wanted to hear (our faucet handles were stripped and we needed new ones), Alan helped to guide us through the next steps. He was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Alan was also super responsive to messages and calls and cared about making sure we were happy with the job that was done. Cody and Pablo assisted Alan, as we had four faucet sets that were being installed, and they were both professional and friendly. We now have four beautiful faucet sets installed that are working beautifully and bring a smile to our faces everyday!Efficient even has a one year warranty on labor and we know we are in the best hands with Efficient should anything go wrong- they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the work that they do. Excellent communication from everyone at the company in regards to my major plumbing repair. Over the years as a Stand customer, I've noticed that their employees enjoy working for the company, and they put real pride into their work. And it shows.I have an old house in East Austin, and the work required to replace the 80+ year-old old cast-iron sewer line was immense as well as complex. Justin and Curtis (and team) saved me from a difficult, dire situation, and I don't think any other company could have even gotten the job done. They are 100% professional, hard-working, courteous and friendly with expert-level experience. Thank you!

I highly recommend AC Pros. Noah, the owner was incredibly professional and we couldn’t have had a better experience with Mark who came several times to our home. We have a newborn baby and Mark was so considerate of the baby, and our family. He went above and beyond every time. He explained everything clearly, he was super patient and very considerate. He wore protective covers on his shoes every time he came in the house, wore a mask just for extra precautions, and even offered to help change the filters. On the install day the crew of Noah, Mark, and Ethan did a great job in a very tight space, they worked for almost the full day and were very respectful of our space and home. Everyone in the front office were also pleasant and understanding. The only hiccup was a discrepancy on the estimated financing from our quote and what the actual financing came out to be. We were expecting it to be a bit under $200 each month and it ended up over $500. So just be sure to double check the estimate and the financing at the end.
