I really appreciated the response time, the friendliness and professionalism of the technician. For a 30 minute inspection that cost almost $185, I had to leave a star off. He did nothing but read the water meter and ran the washing machine a full cycle to see if there were any leaks.Ive used S&D for larger jobs, but for small jobs I would seek a less pricey pkumber.

Joel and his team from Good Flow are exceptional! They did such a great job on moving a water heater, we had them come back and do more work on our bathroom. Joel's team showed up on time, completed the work within the time frame, and went the extra distance and alerted us to further problems on the bathroom, we were able to get everything completed at the some time. If you want the job done right the first time then Joel and his team will do that for you.

I have had 2 tech come out since March to check on a issue I have with my HVAC system in which the compressor would not turn On. I was told in March it was the coil, paid about $2,100 to get it replaced. Now a month an a few days later the the same issues the compressor won't turn On. Had another tech come out and told me I had a bad compressor. I paid another $2,100 to get a new one installed . Guess what not even 24 hours in and the compressor is not working again. I called and let you guys no about the issue and have a tech schedule to come out tomorrow, but what is so frustrating is all the money I'm paying you to fix the issue and it doesn't get fixed. Is like the techs are only putting a band-aid but not actually fixing the issue a 100%. This is unacceptable and I want this issue taken care of ASAP.Second update:After a few techs coming to our house and not been able to solve the issue, they send Ryan Finn (the on call tech) Ryan is in another league, this guy went above and beyond. He didn't just say well I can't replicate the issue or everything is working great, call us if it happens again. Ryan listen to everything we had to say and based on that he started looking into multiple scenarios. He had to come out to our house 2 times, but he was the only one that found what the issue was. I had my home HVAC system replaced and couldn't be happier. I had met one of the technicians a year ago for maintenance and he was concerned, rightly so, about the longevity of my old system. Eric is incredibly thorough, sincere, courteous and kind. He's the kind of person that inspires trust without being pushy, so I requested him for the installation of the new system. He and his partner, Curtis, were amazingly dedicated in the installation. There were all sorts of last-minute problems like inadequate pre-existing wiring, but the two of them soldiered through every obstacle with great professionalism and even a sense of humor. At one point, there was concern that there was a 6'-plus snake in my attic and yet they continued on. It was a long day and they were there until almost midnight without a single complaint (not one that I could hear at any rate). I was passed out on the floor a few times near the end, but they just worked around me. Seriously, if you need HVAC work, these are the guys to ask. I recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation.

Good service, professional work, TERRIBLE PRICING!! I had Reliant install a kitchen faucet and sink drain last week. I supplied all of the parts. Jason did the work and he was excellent and efficient. He also checked a bathroom vanity faucet drip and said it needed new valve stems which he didn't have with him. The whole process took about 30 minutes. He came back the next day and installed the new valve stems which took about 5 minutes. The charge for the first day was $550 and $400 the second day. That's almost $1,000 for maybe 35 minutes work.I complained to Jason and he said the charges were company policy. I spoke to their office manager, Brooke, and she said that their rates were standard and even lower than others in the area. She credited my bill $100 but said that was all they could do. Bottom line: BEWARE hiring this company to do small plumbing jobs!! There are plumbers out there that will do this type service for much less.

Don’t let the lack of reviews here fool you (they have a yelp with more also). Had a bad leak by the main line in the yard. They came the day of on short notice, finished in a few hours, and I paid literally half what the bigger guys quoted. Can’t really ask for much more in a situation like that. They are definitely my first call next time if and when they are needed

I had them come hang 2 light fixtures and mount my large tv. They were friendly, proffesional and fairly priced. I will use them again for all handyman services.
