I scheduled Radiant for a hydrostatic test. They couldn't give me a quote over the phone even though other plumbers could do that. They quoted $850 for a basic hydrostatic test. Another plumber did the test for $300. I decided to not use them but they charged me for the service call. These guys are over-priced and a bit shady.

Chris was very knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions I had. I’ll look forward to working with him again.I also received a new water heater with installation. The new heater works great, and my water is now hotter at setting A than it was at setting C on the old tank.

I have used A&T plumbing for many tasks over the past years. Pierre and team have installed two new water heaters, installed dishwasher, replaced toilets, etc. They are always dependable, on-time, professional and overall just do quality work. They also do not push jobs on you or try to scare you into doing work that is not in the customer's best interest. It is great to see small business being run with such integrity. I hardly ever write reviews anywhere, for anything, and am pretty private (hence the weird Google name, lol), but had to for these guys. A long-time friend of mine suggested Redbud to me because I was looking for the impossible: professional work, ballpark range of costs upfront with no hidden fees later, experience in working with older homes, a company taking COVID precautions (masks, shoe booties, etc), leave no trace of trash/leftover materials and has excellent customer service. She raved about them & the integrity of their owner. Redbud has exceeded my expectations! I should have written a review last year, but I like to evaluate a company thoroughly first.We had several estimates done on our leaky tub & clogged drain. Not only did they have competitive prices, they fixed the problem & was one of the two companies that actually found the leak in the crawl space.We called them again for our low-pressure shower output, which turned out to be a diverter problem and now the strong flow is awesome. The new faucet is perfect for our claw-foot tub.Another time our hot water heater was corroded, leaked into the house & stopped working. They replaced it and added a drip pan prevent water from ever leaking into the house like that again.One time our furnace needed repair, but the repairman said we also needed a plumber to bring a certain part of the repair job up to code, which that company would be more than happy to do with their own plumber. We let that company take care of the HVAC. However, we called Chris at Redbud & it cost less than half what the other company's plumbing department would have charged. The HVAC company even commented that Redbud did their part of the job right.Now, our kitchen faucet leaks and the pipes underneath the sink are starting to corrode. I didn't think twice, and never will, about who to call for all of our plumbing services.Unlike some companies, they don't tour through your home looking for extra work or have lengthy conversations to convince/upsell you to buy something you don't need. These guys did a great job for me on multiple occasions. The firs was an emergency leak issue that they repaired late on a Friday. I appreciated that they showed up promptly and charged a fair price for the short-notice work. On subsequent occasions, besides standard plumbing repairs, they did some work moving and repairing gas fixtures, quality work in every case. I appreciated that for scheduled service they arrived on time. Strong recommend.

We had two leaks after the February 2021 winter storms. Both were over a weekend. I texted 4 Paws and each time received an immediate response.They came when they said they would. They resolved the immediate issue allowing us to rein the water on. They are very professional.Perhaps most important, they are really nice people. They donate a % of earnings to Austin Pets Alive so I made a contribution as well.This company is now my go to plumbing resource.

Simply fantastic. I met with them due to an issue with my new custom home having some issues. Seems that the original plumber did not do the job correctly. Brendin went out of his way with several follow up phone calls to help with assessing the issues. Seems that the house was plumbed with two tanks with parallel sets of lines when the tanks should have been in series AND a check valve was forgotten for the hot water recirc pump! They suggested and replaced two less efficient hot water heaters for one with an on demand heater to supplement when needed. So far my electric bill has been cut in half! The crew showed up at the appointed date/time with all needed equipment, were very polite/respectful, and fixed all the issues for a great price! It would not be possible for me to be happier with their service.
