Called in a panic after getting an outrageous estimate Chrissy called Curtis and he came over on his lunch break and had my 11 yr old water heater fixed within the hour. It needed a 15$ part. Curtis was courteous, professional and after the repair explained what to do to prepare for the new water heater I might need one day. His estimate for that new heater was $800 less than the previous service.So Rooter Man is my new go to plumber. I highly recommend them!

Great service and very pro! I had roots growing into my sewer line and I had a quote from a competitor that was way over my budget. Benjamin was able to come by beat that quote and held to the price at the end of the project. They were very communicative throughout the whole process and was able to get the job done in time even during the holiday's. Would highly recommend!

Many plumbers in Austin can't measure up to Mr. Rooter. They work pretty fast, and they do a decent job. I'd recommend them.

I hardly ever write reviews anywhere, for anything, and am pretty private (hence the weird Google name, lol), but had to for these guys. A long-time friend of mine suggested Redbud to me because I was looking for the impossible: professional work, ballpark range of costs upfront with no hidden fees later, experience in working with older homes, a company taking COVID precautions (masks, shoe booties, etc), leave no trace of trash/leftover materials and has excellent customer service. She raved about them & the integrity of their owner. Redbud has exceeded my expectations! I should have written a review last year, but I like to evaluate a company thoroughly first.We had several estimates done on our leaky tub & clogged drain. Not only did they have competitive prices, they fixed the problem & was one of the two companies that actually found the leak in the crawl space.We called them again for our low-pressure shower output, which turned out to be a diverter problem and now the strong flow is awesome. The new faucet is perfect for our claw-foot tub.Another time our hot water heater was corroded, leaked into the house & stopped working. They replaced it and added a drip pan prevent water from ever leaking into the house like that again.One time our furnace needed repair, but the repairman said we also needed a plumber to bring a certain part of the repair job up to code, which that company would be more than happy to do with their own plumber. We let that company take care of the HVAC. However, we called Chris at Redbud & it cost less than half what the other company's plumbing department would have charged. The HVAC company even commented that Redbud did their part of the job right.Now, our kitchen faucet leaks and the pipes underneath the sink are starting to corrode. I didn't think twice, and never will, about who to call for all of our plumbing services.Unlike some companies, they don't tour through your home looking for extra work or have lengthy conversations to convince/upsell you to buy something you don't need. Google did not give me the option to do a new review so I'll add after 3 to 4 years Dayton now goettl owned is still as awesome. Today THE A. TECHNICIAN WALKER serviced the unit addict and went, to me the extra mile to clean the radiator fins in the outside unit. Everyone in Dayton and now goettl are always friendly respectful and you YOU CAN TELL THEY CARE. JARED also has been out over the years and always been a pleasure like WALKER today!!!I just had a full HVAC system replaced by Dayton and the crew was awesome. We purchased the inside and outside units. We also had them install a new dual zone system in our 2 story home. I feel bad I do not remember thier names but everyone worked very hard. They were all very professional and explained many things during the process. The crew leader was very good with the team and worked just as hard or harder. Unfortunately our attic was smaller than expected. This caused the install to extend way more than anyone expected. Dayton's crew stepped up and kept moving as fast as they could since only 1or 2 people could be in the attic. They kept working until we had cold air when they could have stopped when it got late. We would gladly suggest Dayton and their installers. Also the 12 year warranty/ 1 year parts and labor says something about the units. Plus financing they them gave us 60mnth no interest. Plus no payment for a few months. So when the 60mnth kicks in we will have already brought the payments down. A much larger company ARS was not even close to that financing and only had a 10yr warranty.Please Dayton let your install crew know how much we appreciate them and their hard work.

Diagnosis for water heater installation.

Lately, it's hard to get contractors to respond, never mind show up and do a great job. I've used Fox for a number of tasks ranging from HVAC repair to significant upgrades to the electrical system. They respond promptly with quotes, and the crew on site are on time and professional. Definitely will continue to use them.

It is well worth the drive from anywhere. This is my 2nd visit. It is quite in depth in the history. It is the jewel of Fredricksburg and then there is the rest, which is food and fun.

I had one toilet needing a flapper and another needing the complete fill valve replaced. The very friendly intake person said she was unable to give me an estimate, not even an approximate idea of how much the repair may cost. I agreed to be paying the $79 fee for a person to come to give me the estimate and was assured this amount would be included in the repair cost. The person came, opened a price book, added up the items needed for the repair and the estimated time to complete the job. The estimate was in excess of $500!I declined the repair (seemed too expensive) I felt that this was a set-up because if the intake person had given me an approximate idea of the cost over the phone, I could have avoided paying $79 - an amount not easily forfeited.P.S. I did my own repair after going on line to see how it was done; the material costs were less than $20.

Customer service was on point! Milad was fantastic! Super friendly and I appreciate him taking the time to explain the repair. He was quick to diagnose the problem and ended up having to dig out a pipe underground and replace a valve, all under 3 hours. Will use these guys again for sure! Thanks

We needed a plumber to take a look at a leaky spigot at our home and ET Plumbing gave us arguably the best quote (seriously, others were seemingly running up their estimates). I managed to speak with Eric to schedule an appointment and appreciated his very quick response. Getting everything ironed out was smooth. Christie was wonderful and even helped check on an error of mine regarding online payment (don't press 'Back' before getting confirmation it processed! lol)Though they showed a bit late due to an emergency call they had to take, I was very understanding and they more than made up for it with great service and doing great work replacing the spigot. Eric and Brendan were quick and professional and we were so pleased. Definitely give ET Plumbing a call, they're gonna be my first call should another thing go wonky.
