Called when we had to shut off the water to the house. They came within an hour and was a very fast service. Wyatt did a great job explaining what had happened and completed the work quickly.

Not a bad company. I can tell they're professional. But their prices is quite high compared with others. Their water heater install quote was 1,000+ more than Lowe's and home depot. Partly because they said the permit fee will be about 400 more than what the other guys looked up. They also charge a 50 dollar fee just to come out and give an estimate whereas the other companies did it for free (fees waived if you go through with their service).Another thing, the water heater picked by this company for the install was significantly more expensive than the best rated, highly warrantied (by lots of people) A.O. Smith one you can buy from Lowes. I don't know why anyone won't just buy one from Lowes and do the install.In the end, I went with Lowe's water heater install. They hired Fairway Plumbing, who did the job quickly and efficiently. Fairway Plumbing guys (not this company, the ones hired by Lowes) put down matts to catch debris, and was in and out in record time.Given the service fee charged by Mr. Rooter for every call, the discrepancies in fees, and the nickle-and-diming for every small thing that needs to be done, I have a hard time recommending them if you need a new water heater.Edit: I see the reply from the owner on my post. That is nice. I wish I knew which changes they made. If they lowered the fees / overestimates, I'd be open to changing my mind about them.

He explained every aspect of my system and the issues he discovered. The cost estimate was provided quickly and all the scheduled work was done in an efficient manner. I can not recommend these guys enough. Easily the most experienced and professional plumbing service we have ever used. They were fair on price (actually ended up spending a little less than the quote because they only fixed and charged for exactly what needed to be fixed!) and their work was quick and looks damn good! 10 out of 10 from us and we definitely will be using them again in the future.Save yourself a headache and just go with these guys.

The Fox staff members were incredibly courteous. They were able to quickly identify the problem and provide their recommendations. Salesman, Branden, was on the phone with me in no time providing me all my options for a new system. I cannot say enough good things about this team. Another plumber told me that I needed to replace my water heater. One of the thermostats and elements had gone bad. Jim was able to replace the parts without costing me the expense of getting a new water heater. I was so happy not to have to pay thousands of dollars. Jim is truly a nice person and knows a lot about plumbing. He's very easy to talk with and takes the time to diagnose the problem and make sure everything is in good shape. At every step he explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. You won't go wrong if you call Jim.

We had a busted pipe during the 2021 snow storm, and Mark braved the hazardous road conditions to come to our house and get our leak fixed. He was able to immediately identify where the leak was, and completed his repairs in no time. When the city restored water, we unfortunately found another busted pipe, and Mark made time for us and fixed it again. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and down to Earth. His prices are fair, and his work quality is excellent. I highly recommend you check him out!!

Alan and Austin did a get great job installing our new tank-less hot water heater, heater enclosure and generator LP piping. It is plumbing art! Beautiful work.... Not the cheapest company but one of the best we have done business with. These gents showed real pride in their work, and cleaned everything up, very professional and I am picky! We are so happy to have found such an incredible plumber in Austin- so much so that it's prompted me to write my first google review. I had an emergency plumbing incident that required me to shut off the water to my house and every plumber I called had no availability to come fix it that day. I saw folks from G&M outside of my neighbor's house and went up to them as a last resort. Gus (the owner) was a complete life saver and dropped everything to came to my house on the spot to fix the issue! Gus is amazing and I can't recommend him enough!

Mojica installed toilets, tub and faucets. Did a fantastic job. Always responsive and was easy to schedule. Everyone was professional from the office staff to the plumbers. I will call them for all my plumbing needs. Thank you!

On Saturday, May 3 we had a nasty plumbing issue. Raw sewage backed up into the lower level of our house through a toilet and shower. Super gross! I start hauling stuff out of the house and using my shop vac, and calling plumbers and septic system companies trying to get someone to come help me ASAP. The first company that I can reach who can send someone is LT Plumbing. Maybe they are called Lake Travis Plumbing too... Anyway the guy comes over pretty quickly. He looks around the mess for two seconds and tells me your septic tank is full and overflowing, and we don't do septic systems. And then he charges me $185 for a trip charge and leaves. Nothing was mentioned on the phone about them not doing septic systems, but whatever...I get back on the phone and start calling more septic system companies. Finally get a realtor friend to talk to someone he knows, and get a crew over there in the early afternoon. These guys open the lid to my septic tank and find that it is not full at all. They find that there is a blockage in the drain line before it gets to the septic system. Just the sort of thing LT Plumbing should be able to easily address. They clear the blockage, charge me $150 and I go about the business of cleaning up the toxic waste.After the weekend is over and the house is cleaned, I call LT Plumbing to explain to them what happened. I sent them the receipt I got from the other septic company that noted it was not a septic system issue at all, just a blocked house drain line. I felt like their guy should have at least checked the septic tank to confirm that it was overflowing, instead of just guessing. I felt like I paid $185 for absolutely nothing. LT Plumbing gave me the runaround for a week, promised to look into, but basically they blew me off. Called again today and was basically told too bad. So they are going to keep the $185 they took from me.I will never call them again, and if anyone asks me I will tell them this story and strongly suggest that they call any other plumber in town besides LT Plumbing. That is no way to run a business, and they should be ashamed of themselves!
