With both toilets blocked & unusable, we had a bit of an emergency. Oscar arrived within a short time of calling and fully evaluated the situation. After thoroughly explaining what the problem was and what it would take to repair, along with the cost. He quickly got to work clearing out & unclogging our main line. He also gave me tips on how to prevent the problem from reoccurring. I highly recommend Oscar. He’s honest, thorough & you can genuinely tell he cares about his work.

Fantastic experience with Starr Sewer and Drain. In the process of selling our home, the buyers inspection uncovered a 20 foot “belly” in our drain line under our foundation. We had to make repairs and close on the home in under 3 weeks (we had a closing on our new home purchase too). Extensive repairs had to be made in a condensed timeframe. Starr made it happen !!! It's always a worry, being far away when problems arise. My in-laws' parents' house has been empty for a while. I would highly recommend this company. I had a very bad experience with another plumber who disappeared half way through a job. I called Austin Area Plumbing & Drain and was told Bo would be out in a few hours. Not only was he out to our house quickly he was able to fix all the issues we had as a result of the previous plumber. Everytime I called, they were extremely helpful and Bo was at my home as promised. The work Bo did was outstanding and his polite, respectful manner was wonderful. I plan on calling this company and asking for Bo for all my future plumbing needs.
