We have been doing business with S & D Plumbing for more than twenty years and had the good fortune to meet owner Mr. Dowdy whenS & D plumbing did major work at our home back before the turn of the century. Over these past years we have received service from many S & Demployees and have been very satisfied with the services received. Fast Plumbing lives up to their name! Outside faucet broke off. Called Fast Plumbing and one of their outstanding pros, Truitt, completely fixed this issue it what seemed in a blink of an eye. I called Redbud Plumbing after unsuccessfully trying to fix a slow-draining bathtub. From the moment I spoke with Chris, I was impressed. He was kind and professional and gave me an ETA. Dilan arrived on time, quickly solved the problem, and showed me the culprit—an old-school stopper that was stuck in the overflow drain. I'm thankful to have been referred to them.

Nightmare work!!! end up costing me more than double to fix-up the issue with the another plumbing company and now this company is threaten to put unpaid invoice on House Lien. I set-up an apt for early morning so I can go to work. They came 3 hours late - while I was waiting office kept saying someone is on the way. Eventually, two young guys showed up in broken vehicle. They were struggling to figuring out toilet clog-up. Didn't have right tool with them. Went back again for an hour got the tool and after spending 3 more hours on the site. Left with the recommendation that they can't fix the issue and differ the issue on something else (outside lines). I couldn't go to work (lost my wage of that day). After explaining to the office that service not rendered so no money will be dispatched. By LAW services has to be rendered/delivered in order to other party obligated to pay. In return I got threaten calls now and a letter that I owe them $295 for their services, if i don't pay they put it on lien. They never fixed the issue in fact it costed more almost $1300 because I have to call someone else from another big local plumbing company (who were not cheap) and fix what ever it needed to do. BE ware of unexperienced plumbers in Austin land area.

Five stars for a prompt response and getting a high quality job done quickly. This latest time I call they reset the leaking toilet and bill my landlord! I never even had to deal with it. Last year they replaced the water heater, my energy bill went way down and the did a follow up call a year later to make sure it was all good which it was. There pros and I'd recommend them to friends and family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unreliable. An appointment was made and confirmed, but they did not show up or communicate. My wife waited at home all morning, and tried multiple times to contact them but heard nothing in return. While I understand there may be extenuating circumstances, it is disappointing that such a highly-rated business would treat a potential customer in this manner.

I highly recommend Delta Plumbing. I had over 2 inches of water on the first floor level of my house. It was around 10am on the Sunday before a Monday-Federal Holiday. I could not determine the source. I was not able to get service promptly with any of the chain plumbing companies and found Delta Plumbing via Google search. Delta Plumbing showed up in less than 30 minutes. The problem was diagnosed within 15 minutes and a suitable course of action was agreed upon. Additionally, the price was explained to me before arrival and I paid the exact hourly rate no issues at all. The plumber (Jason) was proficient, courteous and professional. I would definitely use Delta Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

While housesitting my friends home on Lake Travis the outside faucet broke off and I could not shut the water off. I called neighborhood plumbing and they were so polite and helpful. The plumber called me back to explain how to shut the water off to the house until he could arrive. Within a short time the plumber came, fixed the faucet and had the water back on. If you have a plumbing emergency I recommend calling them.
