Best Install Thermostat in Austin TX

Mike came out, looked at the problem, diagnosed it & gave me a quote. Almost 6 hrs later & after having the city come out to take care of their half of the job he got the water running again, left everything how he found it and honored the price he gave me at the beginning. Found my new plumber in Austin.

Dayton was able to send a technician the day I called for AC service call. They took all relevant info & called me to let me to give me time of arrival The Ricky M quickly diagnosed the AC problem. Very professional throughout. I was pleased with the service and would recommend Dayton Services.

Excellent experience. David, the sales person, was the most thorough of any of the three firms that I had bid out the work. He was really thoughtful about the design of the system, quickly sent the quote and then followed-up appropriately and responsively in addressing my questions. Stan's pricing was the best of the group and I liked that they are a locally-owned business. The installation process was very good. The crew was professional, friendly and polite. They sent a separate crew to install each system (upstairs and down) and all work was completed within the same day. I have gotten good follow-up post sale and Stan's includes a series of post-install system quality checks which makes me feel more comfortable. I would recommend Stan's without any reservation.

My appointment window was from 8 to noon. They didn't show up until 7:30pm. No call no update that it would not be in the scheduled window. The repair was fine but very expensive. Could have had it fixed for less elsewhere after calling other companies about the problem and asking for estimates.

I paid $8,000 for a new AC unit and heating system, and my thermostat reads 71, and yet it’s still 85 in my house right now and won’t get any colder. AC unit will turn on for about 20 seconds and then immediately turn back off. I need someone to fix this immediately or my money back.***UPDATE***I left the above review 9 months ago. 9 months later this BRAND NEW system they installed still does not work. They were supposed to replace the thermostats and did not. It is 30 degrees outside and my heater does not work. Based on their recommendation back in April 2021, I had the entire A/C and heating system replaced by them and neither have worked since. I have had them come out multiple times over the past 10 months. None of their techs bring a ladder. Several of them check the A/C filters and say I need to change the filter. I change my filters every month. They CLAIM to have a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee, but every time I ask them for my money back they just want to send another technician.I am at my wits end

After having a small power outage, I decided to call turbo to check my electrical connections, so I could make my home safe. They were in charge of checking that there were no worn cables, it was a good check, they know what they are doing and they are very agile, I recommend them to keep the electronic equipment and the safety of the family safe.

Efficient came the same day we called with our furnace out, on the coldest day of the year so far. We got fabulous service. I cannot recommend them, and especially Robert Whitaker highly enough!

Sam and Mike were very professional and patient to explain all the services and recommendations. Actually performed some more service (with approval) to save time down the road for a different crew. Highly recommend Strand Brothers for continued HVAC service.

Highly Recommend Christianson for HVAC system needs. They installed a system in 2017 and came out for a maintenance servicing and cleaning. Their technician was professional and knowledgeable.

Friendly people and quick service. Well worth the money

We have had fox services work on our commercial ice machine a few times over 3 years. It's 5 years old. The first time to maintenance it and replace a water pump the total fees were just under 1500. The last time it was 2700 they wanted. The machine costs 4k. We paid them 400 for the first initial maintenance visit. Bought the water pump on our own for under 200. Completed the repair and water system cleaning in 2 hours. Fox has decent service techs but their billing process is disturbing. I would recommend them to diagnose a problem but not have fox commercial repair it.
