The two gentlemen that repaired our garbage disposal and kitchen pipes were timely, professional, and helpful--they explained what the issues were, what they were going to do and why, and were glad to answer any questions we had. Much appreciation for a great experience!

Fox Service is expensive and overpriced. Diagnostics/Inspection cost quoted as $49, and the AC AmRad Turbo 200 capacitor part for my 2.5, that they put on to replace bad capacitor costs $60 on Amazon, but Fox Service billed me $510, that's over $400 over cost, not including whatever their labor expense is. Never again will I use them.

We had a leaking pipe after the freeze. Jason installed a new pipe and the required valve. He made sure everything was up to code.

Stephen came out to the house quickly to fix a drain, surmised that the drain has cleared and fixed the pipes. Could have charged us the full draining fee but was totally honest that we didn’t need it. Friendly and honest, definite recommend!

Huge markup and not straight with the customer. Ruben is not transparent with his quotes. For instance, he doesn't tell you the exact model or parts needed unless you insist. When I managed to make him name the exact model and hardware he was going to use, it became apparent that he wanted to sell them to us at 150% of retail price. And that doesn't even include labor, which was insanely priced (+2 grand for labor alone for a tankless installation).I would say, don't let his friendly and no-nonsense attitude fool you.

Honest people, fast experienced workers, and at a great price!

I had a plumber from here come over to repair a small leak in my kitchen sink line. He came over, and said the rubber seal was broken, so he went to Home Depot to get a replacement. After fiddling with the sink, he said he couldn’t fix it & I need to have the fixture replaced. The leak had miraculously become significantly worse, and I would have to pay for him to return to fix the problem (but I’d get a $50 discount!). My opinion is the dude intentionally made it worse to secure a second work order, and I will never be using this establishment again.

Tankless water heater wasn't working properly, Jami quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem!

It was my first time to use Austin Area Plumbing and I am glad I did. I was able to get an appointment for an estimate quickly and same thing with scheduling for the service. Mycol did a great job in installing a new water heater (in the attic). He is really nice and after his installation he showed us the new installation, how to re-light the pilot light and how to flush it. Very happy with the service. Will definitely use them again.

We had a BAD (I mean BAD ?) rotten egg smell in our house every time I used the washing machine, or it rained! Several plumbers came out and tried to solve the problem. We were told to do several costly things to fix the problem, nothing worked. Chris came to the house and listened to me explain to him everything we had been through. Instead of going through several little steps of what it might be, he said lets just go big and see exactly where this smell is coming from. He called Steven, and he brought the magic machine, and what seemed like minutes, they got to the bottom of the problem. They just didn't look at that one bad spot. They did a thorough check of the attic, under the cabinets, and in the showers.I appreciated all their extra effort!I'm not going to miss that smell!Gotta love country lIving!
