EXEMPLARY!!!The professionalism and compassion began with Brandy on the phone, continued with Don, Geronimo, and finally with Eric who did repairs. The work done to fix my problems (yes plural) was done timely professionally and at an affordable price.I highly recommend this company, and always use them for any future plumbing needs.

DO NOT USE FOR A SMALL PROBLEM. They will charge $305 for any work done. Also, they missed the service window they gave me twice. I had to cancel the first time because I couldn’t wait any longer and they gave me an $80 coupon. They weren’t out until 2 hours after the 4 hour service window the second time. The work was fine. Everyone I talked with on the phone was helpful.

Brian and Dustin were an answered prayer! They repaired our plumbing issue professionally and timely. It is because of these two men that I can recommend this company with complete confidence that you will be satisfied with the service you receive.

We had someone from Johnny rooter install new sink and faucet for us about 6 months ago.It was installed poorly by someone know longer with the company. When our faucet quit working this week and the disposal broke, they sent someone over immediately. They were able to fix everything. Sean and Jason were great! They had to get creative because of some electrical problems but they were able to fix the sink and disposal. And they didn't even charge us! Will definitely use again.

BEST PLUMBING SERVICE IN AUSTIN!!!!!! I called A DeaL after a large alphabetical acronym service company cancelled my plumbing appointment about halfway through my 4 hour window. The time was ~6:30pm, it was the college football national championship game night, and day 4 of us knowing we had a significant leak (we made then other appointment 3 days prior) needless to say I needed help. Arnold (the owner) answered, heard my request, said he could be here in 20 minutes. Once he arrived he assessed the situation, gave me a quote and starting working. He had also called his sons (who work for him) to assist, they arrived after about 10 mins. They worked together quickly, found the source of the leak (a cheap fix on our main line before we bought the house), fixed it, cleaned up, and knocked $200 off the price Arnold had originally given me, all in under 2 hours. I can't imagine having a better experience with a larger service provider (given what I already experienced). If you're looking for a plumber to solve your problem swiftly to install new plumbing pipes and fixtures, earn your business, and support local Austin family owned businesses I can't imagine a better company than A DeaL. 6 months ago the air conditioning in my room broke down, I did not give it much importance since the weather was perfect in my opinion, but due to the increase in heat I felt in hell, I contacted this company to schedule an appointment and they were really effective, they worked fast and have super friendly specialists, they repaired my air conditioning without any complaints, the technician told me that there were problems in the soldering that generated a short circuit and that is why it did not turn on, the technician did an exhaustive cleaning and put new tin on the electrical connections, I was surprised by his handling of the tools, I loved his work.

Our pipe behind our refrigerator busted over the weekend and we were left with a mess to deal with while waiting on our home owners insurance to get back with us. After several online quotes and a plumber coming out to our house Monday morning with an outrageous estimate, we turned to Facebook for suggestions. One of our friends text me immediately and let me know if I wanted a fair and honest company, Ruben's plumbing was the way to go. I called the number online and was told they could come out the next afternoon. Ruben was on time and determined to find the leak after there were no longer signs of a leak (weird I know.) After about 15 minutes of looking, he was able to find the leak and repair it quickly. I whole heartedly recommend Ruben's Plumbing Service!

What a team! these guys will go above and beyond for residential service. They are my go to guys in the Austin area they service some of the nicest homes and the nicest areas and are very well trusted from karl to Mason to Jimmy I can't say enough about them. They are awesome plumbers.

Julio came out here on Thanksgiving day and did a very professional job clearing a clog pipe in my kitchen. He even used a camera and showed me all of the crud that's built up in my pipes over 30 years. He was extremely friendly and a consummate professional. Even though I paid holiday rates, I got the best deal I could. I will definitely use these folks again.
