We returned home from Spain to a plumbing emergency, it was a Sat night right in the middle of the UT football game. We called at least 5 different places that advertise 24/7 emergency service and we either got an answering machine, no call back or “we are too busy”. This company called us right back and came out and fixed it for us that night. We felt they were very honest and on the up and up…we will use them from now on.

I give my recent plumbing experience five stars. My hot water heater went out in the morning and they had it replaced and repaired by the evening. The tech David was so professional and easy to work with. He was such a big help, knowledgeable and kind. Everything about this experience was awesome! Moore and More Plumbing will definitely be my plumbing company moving forward!

Josh is an excellent technician who quickly diagnosed the issue and determined a temporary solution until the part could be ordered. Came back promptly when part had arrived, and quickly and expertly finished the job.Stan's and all of the emplyees who assisted are top notch. I highly recommend Stan's heating air and plumbing.

The Fox plumber arrived on-time, masked, compliant and considerate. He assessed the plumbing issue, as we expected we needed to replace a toilet. He spent a little time making arrangements with his office and another plumber to get a replacement toilet delivered so he could pull the old one and set the replacement/new toilet without having to make another visit on another day. He spent his lunch break in his truck waiting for the new toilet to be delivered.He was efficient, friendly, polite, and clear about the problems and showing us the trouble. He cleaned everything up and did a great job.We’ll use Fox for plumbing again with confidence.

We initially hired Efficient to replace the old worn out HVAC system on our second floor. After much discussion with their sales guy Darwin we opted to do a nontraditional route and install Mitsubishi minisplits. Price was excellent and the service with this install stellar. Due to that install going so well we hired the team again to do a pretty massive rip and replace. For the second job we had the team pull out the original furnace (from 1984!!) and replace it along with the outside compressor. They also replaced 99% of all our duct work which was a MAJOR undertaking. The team handle the challenges with stride. They listened to my concerns and desires and made some great recommendation to improve our system over all. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work performed and the end results. We highly recommend that you give these guys a shot!

I absolutely recommend Austin Area Plumbing. Their certified Journeyman Plumber Mycol F, aided by his apprentice Mikey L.J., replaced two toilets in our house. On scheduled day, Mycol discovered right away that I had purchased toilets which would require structural changes and far more expense. Mycol helped me identify which toilets that would fit, saved me money on the toilet cost and came back next day to install new replacement toilets. Another complication: Our tile floor was not level. Mycol with assistant Mikey seated the toilet on a level plane, using shims.We are absolutely satisfied and would recommend Austin Area Plumbing without reservation. Austin Area Plumbing only advertises by word of mouth, so they are much more affordable than big chains or those companies that advertise. I would most definitely hire them again!
