Adam was very informative and helpful! He finished in under 30 mins and also very courteous.

They were very polite and came to service my busted water heater same-day. But they quoted me almost $1500 to replace a 40 gallon water heater. That’s about $900 more than what one costs at Lowe’s or Home Depot, which seems like an egregious markup.

Way overpriced plumbing service . 99 dollars just to show up. 130 extra to relight a pilot light . 3000 for a new water heater. Gimmie a break

Asked this company to come fix our toilet and drain ended up being a huge waste of money. Two younger guys came out and said that due to the cast iron plumbing, they would have to charge me $1200 each to fix the toilet, shower and 2 sink. This would total to almost $5000. They also charged me $185 just to come out to look at it and never even sent me the quote afterwards to do the work. Basically just a blatant money grab on their end.AWS came out the next week and fixed the kitchen sink for $300 total, and are in the process of fixing the toilet. So I basically paid Good Flow Plumbing $185 to give me a false diagnostic with no intentions of actually completing the work.

Andy did a great job -- explained everything he needed to do and was very professional and thorough in his work. I will request Andy the next time we need work done!

This was the annual check up on all my plumbing and draining the hot water heater. Jared was wonderful. He’s a very polite young man. Willing and completely answered every question and performed my service in a very timely manner. I have used this company for years and have always been impressed with their employees and service. These guys are top notch! My water heater broke on a Sunday. I called them Monday morning and Corey and Nigeal arrived within a couple hours. By that afternoon I had a brand new water heater installed at a reasonable price. A few days later I had an unrelated issue they came back to investigate. They fixed it in five minutes and didn't charge me for the visit. This is unheard of!! If you want a fair and thorough plumbing service, call the Plumbinator.
