This rave review is belated, but I just want to sincerely thank Capital City Plumbing and Drain, and especially Ryan, for doing such great work. We were concerned that we had a pipe collapse and that we would need to completely replace our old cast iron plumbing. That day will come, but for now the problem ended up just being a blockage. Ryan devoted serious time and effort to carefully investigating the problem, and then clearing the blockage. We are really thankful for his patience and focus and expertise! Capital City was also a fantastic company to communicate with. They were clear, prompt and efficient with texts and phone calls. Thank you so much again.

These guys are AWESOME! Jeff could not have been more responsive, informative, timely and helpful. He did a great job installing a new hot water heater for us in our older house and we'll definitely continue to do business with Thunderbird in the future!

Good service, higher priced than expected.

I had a broken pipe in my ceiling and needed help urgently I called a few places that were either fully booked or could come only the next day. Then I called Santana(Jaime) picked up the phone , i explained the issue sent him a photo and he replied right away with an estimate and was ready to come to my house right away.I could tell that he is very knowledgeable ( a lot of plumbing experience). He went down to business right away and fixed my issue in few minutes. He made it look very easy but this was not.Thank you very much Jaime for your prompt help! By the way his price was way less compared to the other contractors that I had called.

Al was professional, knowledgeable, and provided the best response time out of the 10 calls I made. Al came out to hook up our gas stove and install a disposal. He is a Master certified plumber and goes the extra step to ensure a quality job. He is also very pleasant and personal level which is great when someone is in your house for a few hours working on multiple jobs. Al owns the company so he has a lot of stake in his work and it’s shows in his craftsmanship. He answered the phone vs me having to talk to a call center operator and then wait for someone to review my call. He also gave me transparent pricing up front vs many of the big brands that would not give me a clear hourly estimate for service. I didn’t want to enter these projects blindly so I appreciated knowing a ball park range of what to expect. We will be using Al Mac for all future plumbing jobs and so relieved to have found an honest expert plumber. Avoid the big companies and go with Al!

Fast Fox has been fantastic each and every time. We've called them out to two different homes for various reasons. They've always been on time, communicated well and had up front pricing. Really appreciate their professionalism and transparency.

Great technician who provided good input at to what he was seeing and doing. Kept me well informed as the repair progressed. Company is quite busy, so took a while to get here and price was maybe a bit on the high side.

After having a new washer installed on Saturday, the water valves for the supply lines were leaking. I called Republic Pipeworks and spoke to Jim and explained my problem. He said don't worry we will get you taken care of today. He came out and fixed my problem by replacing the 20 year old valves. I was very impressed! Jim is honest and professional. I plan on using Republic Pipeworks for all my plumbing needs.

Scam artists. 5 times higher than 2 other companies, when foundation guy said they been over I called him out they haven't been here. When he used a different exise and my cameras would have seen them he had a different excuse sounds like he and plumber has a scam going on. Then when I called him out on two other thing he said we would just call another olimber

Mark came to the rescue on short notice, properly diagnosed a previously mis-diagnosed problem, fixed the problem and saved us a lot of money. Trustworthy and worthy of your business.

I was offered a “cash discount” for services, and told I would be charged a “convenience fee” if I opted to use any type of credit card or debit card. To my knowledge this is not legal, you can not pass on credit card fees to the customer. The only thing you can offer is a cash discount. A customer can not be punished for using a credit card by a store, we already pay fees on credit cards. If you don’t want to take credit cards then don’t offer the service. Once I pulled out my check book there was no discount!!! They said the regular price was the cash discount?!?!? Indeed not a discount. This was my quoted price when I called. Proof again that they are illegally adding fees to people using credit cards. I did NOT get the repair because of the hidden fees! I paid the service call only and had the repairman leave.

I learned about Texas Grand Plumbing during the Austin freeze, in Feb 2020 since Raymond, helped out a few of my neighbors. From the moment I called him, he was very attentive and very professional with a quick response both via phone and text message. As I described my plumbing issue, he was very thorough on describing the issue , receptive to all my questions and very communicative on how to get it fixed rapidly. We were able to schedule him to come in pretty quickly, the job took about 1 hour. Service was amazing and I would definitely keep going to him for any plumbing needs

After calling, Ben arrived within 30 minutes. He was able to assess the problem, acquire parts, and even address other issues the same day. Overall, the service was excellent.

Cody and his crew did a quality job installing my heater and gas line promptly in spite of tight scheduling near the Christmas holidays. Will certainly use their services again (and you should too).

Called him, he answered (sounding a bit annoyed like he was in the middle of something), told me to text him to get on his schedule, and then he ghosted me. His voice Mailbox is full so if he doesn’t answer the only thing you can do is text, which he doesn’t seem to answer.Tried pretty hard to give him my money. He should hire a secretary to man the phone or something.

They repaired a leaky toilet, fixed a shower drain that has not worked right in years, fixed a tub faucet that always dripped cold water (which ruins a relaxing bath), and installed a sink faucet we picked out. There's nothing these guys can't do, and they are friendly, on time, and perfectly professional.

Great experience! Super knowledgeable and informative. Have a new build and my AC system hasn't been working effectively and efficiently, since we moved in, finally got tired of calling back the company who installed it without ever getting it fixed and reached out to SALT! SUPER glad I did!
