Working in customer service and administrative assistance for over 10 years and my first interaction with first commercial via front desk was very sassy, rude and felt rushed off the phone. The technician was very kind and informative of my AC issue. Administratively; customer service lacks understanding and patience. All I needed to do was clarify information at the time. Overall, the receptionist made me feel stupid and mocked me in a ignorant way (“ I didn’t say you ‘ain’t’ got a minor problem)-receptionist? on 4/30/19 around 11:30 amAc tech; Bryan ?

Unreliable. An appointment was made and confirmed, but they did not show up or communicate. My wife waited at home all morning, and tried multiple times to contact them but heard nothing in return. While I understand there may be extenuating circumstances, it is disappointing that such a highly-rated business would treat a potential customer in this manner.

They were prompt, courteous, and got the job done quickly! They could have told me it was a bigger job and charged me more, but they were honest and it ended up not bad at all! Thank you gentlemen! Zen also cleaned my toilet bowl for me and it was nasty. Good for him!

Mojica Plumbing has been a client of mine so when I needed plumbing services, Mojica was my first call. The service was great. I received a call before the service and Oscar was able to put my mind at ease. Oscar listened to the description of the problem then explained the work he would do and the cost.The work was completed very quickly and with no surprises. Mojica turned what would have been a three trip to home depot project into a single call.

I called and Curtis came out the same day. He showed us what was needed and indicated what was not needed; althought an installation company said a certain valve needed replacing. We appreciated his honesty, fast and efficient work, and overall service. Definitely would recommend and call again.
