My water heater started leaking on a Sunday evening (of course these kinds of things always happen on a weekend). The wonderful lady on the after hours line was able to walk me through what to do to shut it down and helped to calm me down a little. She scheduled a service call for the next day. John arrived first thing in the morning and did a great job explaining what needed to be done once it was determined that I’d need a new water heater. He definitely knew what he was doing and talking about. He was very patient and kind with his explanations. I’m very happy and relieved to have my new water heater and would call them again for other services. Very pleased with the service.

They were able to come out the same day and my technician was knowledgeable, respectful and finished up quickly. I will absolutely recommend them to family/friends and I will be calling them again if I have any issues.

I have, ever since moving into Brushy Creek, utilized A&T Service Plumbing for ALL plumbing issues at our house. Upstairs, and downstairs water heaters replaced, gas control valve replaced, clogged drain - does not matter what the needs have been A&T has always been responsive, timely, fair and most importantly reliable in getting the job done and done right!. Prompt very efficient resolution to problem with dishwasher starting and very slow hot water.

Joseph went above and beyond. After 2 people came before him, he walked up and saw the problem immediately. He waited for the electrician to come to make sure everything was explained to him and if the electrician needed him.

My AC quit working with 100 degrees today. I called for a technician and they sent one out same day. Unfortunately my unit is old and will need replacement. They have scheduled a unit replace for tomorrow. Very friendly and offered me veteran discount. I couldn’t be happier.

Called Elite because of a plumbing (water heater) issue we were having and Justin was out within the hour and fixed the issue. Super professional and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend using them.

Used them for our sat location, very good communication, efficient work. Didn't gouge us like others have in the past. Was always something new discovered, not with these guys, quote, job, pay, no surprises. I don't like surprises.

The Rep.was very nice and told me everything about his recommendations but did not push me to purchase it. He gave me information to make my own choice. I will definitely use them again.

I was offered a “cash discount” for services, and told I would be charged a “convenience fee” if I opted to use any type of credit card or debit card. To my knowledge this is not legal, you can not pass on credit card fees to the customer. The only thing you can offer is a cash discount. A customer can not be punished for using a credit card by a store, we already pay fees on credit cards. If you don’t want to take credit cards then don’t offer the service. Once I pulled out my check book there was no discount!!! They said the regular price was the cash discount?!?!? Indeed not a discount. This was my quoted price when I called. Proof again that they are illegally adding fees to people using credit cards. I did NOT get the repair because of the hidden fees! I paid the service call only and had the repairman leave.

We're very happy with the work/service provided by Efficient. Our System Specialist Brian Moran was super helpful , quick to respond and thorough. We were able to get a new water heater installed within 3 days. We'll be using Efficient again for our AC, Electric and Plumbing needs in the future. 5/5 would highly recommend!
