As I think back, I’ve used radiant for several services needed at the home over the last few years: replacing the water heater, installing a brand new HVAC system, and leak detection when a pipe failed behind a wall. They don’t always do everything perfectly at the first attempt but they have always been responsive to fix the mistake or make it right quickly and without charge to me. My most recent experience with a plumber named Gunner has been the best engagement so far. He is patient, thorough, and very transparent and helping me understand everything that’s happening as we chased a water leak.

AT&T plumbing were one of the few plumbing companies to get back to me. They were actually able to see me sooner than expected and offered me two solutions to repair a part or install. We opted for the install. The plumber who installed the unit was very friendly and knowledgeable when I had questions. When turning on the water i noticed a lack of pressure in the sinks. Dan the manager who is also very friendly came out the next day and helped solve the issue at no cost. I would recommend using them.

We have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing three times for different plumbing issues. Each time, we were able to schedule a plumber right away. The plumbers were prompt, professional, and very good. Dylan took the time to explain what he had fixed for our insurance claim. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends.

Price (the service tech) was excellent. Had the problem fixed within 15 minutes. He was on time and very friendly. My AC is now blowing cold and I could not be happier with the repair and the service tech.Had another repair for a different issue and was lucky to get Price again. If you are fortunate enough to get Bunny W. as your technician, you are in for a great treat. Bunny is an AC EXPERT with many years of service. He should be called an AC ENGINEER. Not only is he great at his job, but he is also very entertaining to be around. If he comes to your house, stay by him and your day will be better for knowing him. He is also a great asset to the company, loyal to ARS and loyal to his fellow employees. You won't hear anything negative from Bunny, but you will laugh a lot if you take some time to spend with him. I highly recommend Bunny and because of technicians like him and Peter W., I highly recommend ARS. Additionally, ARS stands behind its work and its commitment to customer satisfaction.
