Radiant, and Gunner our tech, have done a good job of maintaining our tankless water heater. Prices are fair, but the real thing is how much they stand behind their work and how easy they are to deal with and schedule work. Will keep coming back.

Daniel's was fabulous! They came to my home the same day I called, dug up my yard, & located & repaired the leak outside. The serviceman was knowledgeable and respectful. I have used them in the past at my job & will use them again in my home.

We had a water softener installed about a week ago. About 30 min after they left, we had water all over our garage. They neglected to install a pipe in a pretty obvious hole. We bought the most common water softener on the market and the first excuse this person had was “I’ve never seen this one before”. About a week later, our settings are completely messed up and our water tastes like seawater. They did no hard water test to see what those settings should be. The absolutely only redeemable thing was we didn’t end up paying for what would’ve be a $500 service. Go with someone else.

We have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing three times for different plumbing issues. Each time, we were able to schedule a plumber right away. The plumbers were prompt, professional, and very good. Dylan took the time to explain what he had fixed for our insurance claim. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends.

Since buying my first house a year ago, I've had no end to weird problems from the previous owners, and Abacus has been my go-to for plumbing, as well as AC and electrical. In particular, Eddie has been great at assessing and fixing plumbing issues, and he's always clear about what our options are, which ones he recommends, and being clear about the prices for each option so I can figure out what's within our budget. When Eddie shows up, I know we're going to be in good hands for whatever new problem has cropped up.

I am having some issues with my foundation so, I wanted to get my plumbing checked to make sure that nothing was leaking. I called and got scheduled for an appointment quickly. The Technician (Lenny Rivera) showed up on time, was professional, and knowledgeable about his work. He performed the service and (thankfully) NO leaking detected! The process was easy and seamless and he even gifted me a cute stuffed dog and a flashlight! Will definitely call if I need service in the future! Highly recommended!

Minor repair that turned bad. Toilet was filling slowly so I decided to replace everything from the pipe to the tank. Found the valve seal had fractured partially blocking the fill line. Removing the old valve required sawing off the old nut and pressure seal. New valve wouldn’t seal properly, so I called Stan’s. They did a rush service because the main water line was off. Arrived within in one hour! Colin, our Tech, ended up having to trim the copper pipe to get a decent fit for the valve. Took him several hours, so I was glad I bailed on the job instead of trying another trip to Home Depot. New valve is installed and toilet is filling normally. We’ll with the cost of the repair given how long my DIY project required to fix by a professional.Thx for the expedited service and Colin’s persistence in getting this repair done.

The service several years ago was great; I used Fox Service Company to repair my three residential HVAC systems, repair vents/ducts, and add blown insulation to my attics. Recently I had them replace one of my HVAC systems with a new one and signed up for their maintenance plan. The day of install of the new HVAC, they installed an AC unit that was lower end than what I paid for in the proposal; they said it was temporary. It took several weeks and some phone calls as well as emails to get the AC unit I paid for installed. I was told they would setup appointments for maintenance on the other HVAC systems but no one at Fox Service Company contacted me. I am unsatisfied with the service I received so I request a refund for the maintenance plan but I had to file a BBB complaint because Fox Service Company did not reply to my emails and calls for a refund. DO NOT USE Fox Service Company for heating and air conditioning!UPDATE 9-11-2021: I received a call from the General Manager of Fox Service Company as well as received the refund as requested. Thank you Fox Service Company General Manager for your professionalism and honesty in resolving my complaint quickly.UPDATE 6-14-2022: Late January new system stopped working, nothing was turning on. Called out AirCo services who diagnosed problem is overflow switches and urged me to call Fox to fix it because I had warranty on it. AirCo advised me to demand a supervisor or senior tech from Fox come out. Fox senior tech came and evaluated system to discover it was completely installed wrong. It took the Fox senior tech two days to fix all the installation problems, practically reinstalling my new AC system. Thank god it was under warranty!

They wanted $218 to fix a leak in my toilet tank. A local handyman fixed the leak by changing the flap.

My pipe was completely damaged and I had to call a plumbing service to fix it, a friend recommended turbo plumbing and I was very satisfied with the service, great.

Rory was very professional, friendly and did a great job.

ARS has installed and maintained HVAC systems in my 4 properties for over 15 years. I've always been satisfied with their service folks, but recently Pete Reyes was dispatched for a repair. He is the BEST TECHNICIAN - he knows his stuff and explains everything so clearly - issues, options, estimated cost but doesn't treat me like a idiot!

JP, did a great job explaining the process and the expectations to my wife. He was quick and clean and calmed her nerves.
