I got several estimates for a re-piping job before I decided on Roland Reash Plumbing. They gave a very competitive quote and the experience turned out to be very positive. Fadi and John did the work while I worked from home and had great communication and managed to take care of an additional leak discovered behind the wall. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again.

He took the time to explain to me what he was going to do to try to understand what is going on with our system and then thoroughly explained what happened to cause the problem.

I’ve never had a bad experience with Donovan’s A/C guys. They’re “top shelf”! My power bill is often under $100 a month because they designed an excellent system with plenty of returns that I didn’t realize I needed because of that the system doesn’t work as hard as it might have and it will last longer and trust me I need it to last longer as I purchased a pricey system.Glad I went with Donovan they were the cheapest but you see their vehicles EVERYWHERE. I rarely don’t come across someone complaining about them I think they’re vehicles are out there installing new systems and doing the biannual maintenance because they are trustworthy company!

Even though they were not able to help me as they’re not licensed in GA, the 24 hour customer service made sure that I understood the importance of hiring a licensed plumber. I loved the greeting when the call was answered “it’s a great day at Bert Norman’s Plumbing”. Super friendly and professional!

Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this company. They have been dispatched by my warranty company twice. The first time for a leaking pipe behind my dishwasher. the tech cut out my drywall only to say he couldn't fix the problem. No other solution just an I don't know what to tell you. I still have exposed pipes in my dining room, with no solution other than paying someone else to fix the drywall. Had to take care of the leak on my own.Now I have a leaking toilet. First appointment was missed with a window of 12pm-5pm. No one answers the phone and I get a text from the tech at 7pm (2 hours after the window) to say they need to reschedule. NEVER could I get ahold of anyone to reschedule. Today (one week later) I get a text the tech is on the way at 1:49pm. According to the dispatch tracker he also began work at 1:49pm. I wasn't even home! And no, he didn't show up because my daughter was home AND there was no activity on my security cameras. At 1:52pm the job was COMPLETED. Still they do not answer the phone and have reported to the warranty company the job is complete.This company is WORTHLESS!

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.

I had them give me a quote on several different things I needed done on a house I had just bought. I got the quote/contract, signed it, and paid half upfront. The workers showed up and did a very good job. After he had finished all the work he handed me the contract in order to pay the remaining balance and I saw that they had added over $200 without ever discussing it with me in advance. They did knock some of the price off because it didn't take them as many hours as they estimated so in reality the original quote should have been lower but I still wound up paying more than I should have. Despite that I called them to come back and give me another estimate on some additional work and while the estimator was here I mentioned the added money to the other contract and he said he would discuss it with the owner get back with me. That was over 2 months ago and I have not heard from anyone. I've called twice since then and asked for Mason (the estimater) but he will not speak to me nor will he return my calls. Very unprofessional.
