Best Water Supply in Jacksonville FL

My kitchen sink was stopped up. Gary the technician did a very good job. He completed the job and cleaned up everything. The price was very good for a holiday. He was very professional and courteous.

Two guys came out for minor repairs to toilets then line had to be opened every task they added more to cost which came to over $400. One guy was not happy with his coworker. I didn't call them back because didn't want them to return. One toilet still does not flush/work properly.

Garry was well prepared, absolutely professional. And if need again will prefer Gary again.

Nicholas was the technician who arrived to replace our check valve assembly. He was fantastically polite, professional, and focused. He did not let me distract him as I was asking him questions about the assembly. He patiently explained the features of the preventer and was incredibly courteous throughout. I can't say enough positive things about him.

Sooooo very happy with the Nolan group...they are wonderful people and do excellent work...went above and beyond to help us...again.....THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Very pleased with this business. They were very responsive in answering the phone and scheduling an appointment. Mitch came out on time and looked at all of the concerns I had, he was very helpful by answering any questions I had. He did a great job fixing my toilet and even showed me how to do some things on the water heater after he was done. Great service.

Good people and honest

Asplundh Tree Service backed over my Wellhead and broke it. I had to call Gator Plumbing and they fixed it immediately the following day! They replaced all of the plumbing that was broken and all of the plumbing that had overheated due to the pumps excess running. I was so happy with my experience with them I am going to call them and make an appointment for them to repair my septic. Great company and great work ethic. He didn't leave until the job was done! He even had to go buy other parts from the local hardware store because he didn't have exactly what he needed. Thoroughly impressed with their work ethic. Highly recommend Gator well and septic!!!

Completely unprofessional company. Do not use them unless you want the technicians to behave unprofessional and rude. They didn't even finish the repair and left a big hole in my dinning room roof.The technician didn't even fix the issue, complaint about the work and left the job half done.I called management and reported the incident and basically said our guys is the best it's your issue. They did not take responsibility for the job and now I have to search for another contractor in the warranty to complete the job.So disappointed in management as well. I highly would recommend you DO NOT USE THEM.

I had clogged kitchen drain and Joe was very professional and cleared the drain, even went up on roof to clear clog through vent but did not charge anything extra for doing so, have not had any more problems with the drain since work was done and am very staisfied.

Called and received same day service. The technician was able to help me find the leak in my main line in the yard quickly. The money was worth it. You pay for knowledge and experience.
