I’ve known Chris Lettow for a few years now. He’s always done an amazing job at one of my previous restaurant jobs. I called him in regards of an issue with some cast iron plumbing in my house. He sent over two of his guys, John and Spencer. They were both very polite and professional. The problem was fixed and I’m very satisfied with the result. Got out of bed on a Saturday morning and stepped down on a VERY squishy carpet. I checked for the obvious to no avail. Called a plumber friend and he was out of town. He made a phone call and they had someone there in a half an hour. It took him less than 4 hours to detect a slab leak, dig through the slab (less than 1 square foot), repair, and re-concrete the floor. The pricing IS very reasonable. I am very pleased with the professionalism. AT MY REQUEST the repairman gave me a quote for re-piping my entire house. The next time I have a slab leak I will call them to repipe my home.

I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!
