This is a customer service review not for services performed; I wasnt allowed to get that far due to the agent that took my call hung up on me 3 times. My 4th call & an online inquiry later I finally spoke to another associate that never called me back for scheduling. ??

I just wanted to leave a few words of praise for one of your guys. Hunter came to my house today to remove two bathroom faucets and do a little work on a bathtub leak. One of the faucets was so old and corroded that the piece had become merged with the countertop. The young man had to literally saw it off the sink, which he did not damaging the sink top Then the old drain pipe broke off and he had to go in through an adjacent wall to fix that. The guy worked tirelessly and ran into further complications from our old plumbing. But his know-how and determination left us with two beautiful faucets and a working bathtub. You all should give that guy a raise. He did a great job. We'll be calling you back for a kitchen update, which I promise will be easier. Thank you all, you will hear from us again.

Very nice understanding company. We had a situation where they had started the job then because of covid months passed before they could finish. They never asked for any money and kept checking in to see how things were going. When they got the green light they worked us in within 2 days. Neat and clean workers who did a great job!

I was not made aware of the $250 diagnostic fee, until it was performed. When I called I was not made aware of, nor when gentlemen came he did not make me aware. Lesson learned, I will make sure I know up front. Being a large well know company I would have thought their customer service team would have made this clear upfront. I did not use. I did not want to be subject to surprise fees.

The individual that was sent to my home had NO idea what he was doing. There was someone on the phone coaching and telling him what to do. Worst service ever. I could go on but I won’t.

Mark did a very good job. He put the toilet in and more. Other companies did a poor job compared to him. Other companies charge me thousands of dollars. He done the job with confidence and explained everything and charged a very good price. I can recommend him to others with confidence that he would do a great job for them. Called upon Monument Plumbing to replace my kitchen sink and faucet. Showed up on time and did GREAT work. Great attention to detail! Very VERY rude management. When owning and managing a business, one must learn to be kind and caring towards customers and also POTENTIAL customers. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone EVER. pick literally anywhere else- it is my constitutional right to freedom of speech and i will continue to practice that right i have. i do live at the same house and the way you and your company treated my family is HORRIBLE. look at all of the reviews you have on Google, they all say the same thing. Your company is very unprofessional and not a good company to work with. Not only are you guys a horrible company, but you are also very illiterate and half the time it is hard to understand what your responses are trying to say. You’ve contacted my family on private numbers to harass us for leaving truthful reviews, which we only left two. I will be contacting the BBB for calling on private numbers and harassing us. the owner gets drink and calls and yells at customers.

The worst company I ever heard of they set me a appointment the tech never showed nor called I call them back to confirm my appointment they told me the plumber was running a little behind any company that sets a 5:00 pm appointment and never calls or shows by 8:00 pm should be closed even if it is a Saturday appointment I will never recommend or do business with these people they are worst than the one star I gave them.
