Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in Jacksonville FL

I called Friday due to no hot water and Navien gas tankless water heater with error code E003. Two plumbers showed up on time and troubleshot water heater and determined thermostat needed to be replaced. I expressed concern about how long it would take to order part due to weekend coming up. I was assured it would be handled appropriately. I called Monday morning to check on it and found out that the part was never ordered. I was then charged $68 for express shipment of the part just to get it here in a reasonable timeframe. If the part was ordered on Friday I would not have to pay this inflated cost. Turner Plumbing is just passing the charge on to me for their failure. Totally Unacceptable!

This company is awesome! They re-plumbed my entire house w/ CPVC, drywalled all the holes, & installed two toilets. The price was way cheaper than the other quotes I received and the quality of work was amazing. Nothing but good things to say about everyone I dealt with...when a problem arose with the scheduler, the owner fixed the problem immediately; very military friendly. Joe, who gave the quote was on time and professional, and Anthony & Jalen, who performed the work did an excellent job. They were neat, timely, professional, cleaned up after every day, and when the job took longer than expected, they worked late days, showed up early, and worked on a holiday.

Stumbled across Top of the Line Plumbing looking for a replacement water heater...so glad I did! Spoke to Gavin over the phone and he thoroughly explained all my options. When Scott came to do the work, he was on time, professional and VERY efficient. Gavin was in the are so he even dropped by to check on us and make sure everything was ok! So happy with it, I had them some and correct some mistakes a previous plumbing company had made. EXTREMELY happy with that service call as well!Plumbing work is not inexpensive...but with don't hesitate to call Top of the Line. Best plumbing company in jax. I have used them for many years, both comercially and residentially. They do good work for a fair price. Honest and VERY hard working folks. I always know I can trust what they say. They have never steered me wrong.

These days it's hard to find people who will even respond, much less do what they say and do a good job. I was lucky to reach Spencer with Superior Plumbing. They responded quickly and resolved my issue for less than what others were charging. The guys were polite and efficient. No pricing surprises on this job. I was happy with the quality of the work and hope to do more business with them in the future.

I don’t typically take the time out of my day to write reviews, but I think this one is needed. I’m not entirely to sure what the cause or issue was, all I know is what I saw and heard, and that was a man in a tan shirt with dark hair driving the white truck with the black trailer jumping up and down and threatening someone that was going into the business in the plaza. The world has really gone down. Be professional this was absurd.

On time. Very polite and knowledgeable. Serviced our AC and pointed out and repaired issues. He changed the way the drain line was laid. There was no water draining at first.. after he changed it there is a steady stream of water draining. Also installed a light to kill mold and bacteria inside the AC system. Our house smells better and feels cooler already!
