Best Tankless Water Heater Maintenance in Jacksonville FL

This company is a complete joke. They look all professional from the outside but the office is filled with nothing but thieves. Promised my boyfriend and even have proof of texts saying so that after his truck got broken into they would replace all of his tools instead they have been sitting on the check from the insurance and REFUSE to give him any cut of the check to replace the tools that were stolen. Such a disgusting way to run a company ‼️‼️

Our experience with Rolland Reash Plumbing was very pleasant. We replaced our kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. The associates that came out were Fadi and Denis and they were excellent. They showed on time and completed the job to perfection in a very timely and professional manner. We were also pleased with how affordable our service was. We definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

These folks were amazing. Showed up promptly to my mothers house to help unclog the pipes. Reasonably priced and professional. They will also be providing a quote for additional needs. I am not easily impressed, but I can’t say enough how good they were.

Truck number 08 needs to have his driver's license pulled. Driving 90 mph on I95 pushing us out of the way. Especially with the business name on the side. Then was playing kat and mouse when he noticed I was calling on him. No response from office. You guys need to watch this guy he is going to cause a bad accident and maybe hurt someone. U have been notified of his driving it is up to you.

Horrible customer services. They don’t care about new clients. I’m a contractor and got the run around for 2 days trying to get them to do a job for me. They give a bunch of excuses...like: “please send us pictures of the job” - of a simple shower pan! Really! A professional plumber needs pictures of that! Then: “ oh, we have no internet to see your pictures. Call us back another time. They have no customer service what so ever! I do not recommend this company at all!

Teach whoever was servicing the apartments on touchton how to drive. Almost caused a three car pileup pulling out in front of vehicles. After being honked at they proceed to stop in oncoming traffic I guess to cause a bigger issue.

Derek has been to my house 2x for various jobs - shower trim, garbage disposal & faucet install. He’s been great & was even able to quickly install my faucet after I had thrown out some of the parts. Highly recommend.

Tracy was extremely pleasant, professional, capable, and helpful. Even when the water could not be properly shut off she managed to repair a leaking valve.

Needed to replace toilet. Norman's rep, Chris, came, measured and said I had a substandard installation requiring a 10-inch rough-in toilet rather than the standard 12-inch rough-in. A few days later Norman sent to me a proposal for $800. when I asked why so expensive, I was told it was a special order because of the substandard size. A neighbor, who is a retired plumber, expressed surprise saying Seda, which built our community, only used standard 12-inch rough-in toilets. He came by to measure himself and said it was a 12-inch installation, that the measurement is from the wall, but the Norman rep evidently measured from the molding at the edge of the baseboard. We have installed a $260 Kohler 12-inch rough-in advanced-technology toilet obtained from Lowe's with a labor cost of $75. When I asked Norman for a refund of the $49 service call because we did not receive competent service, I did not get an immediate response. After posting this negative review, the company called me and after I provided them photographic proof that a 12-inch rough-in toilet fit with room to spare, they agreed an error had been made and said they would refund the $49 service fee.

Removed my original review. It was factual. Beckwith Plumbing did not properly remove and replace the piping that was to be removed and replaced from my home in May to June of 2018. They left old pieces around the property, left the drainage pipes untouched, but left some with tape over bad connections. The seller of my home hired them with my money to purchase the home. I should have pushed for someone else to do the work. They kept a key to my home without my permission, as I had locked all doors a day before they came back to work (even though they argued they were done). When I arrived to meet them in the home, a worker was already working on the kitchen sink. When I asked how he got in, he claimed the door was open. I changed the locks after they almost finished. Since the closing on my home depended on finalizing the work, I agreed to stop the work. My sink leaked when I moved in. I fixed it myself. I had posted pictures, two appear to still show on their review board.
