Connor and Jaylon (sp?) came to our home to replace the kitchen sink faucet. They did an awesome job and even went above and beyond the call of duty by replacing some missing caulk around the sink. Leading from the front, they demonstrated outstanding customer service. I would recommend Rolland Plumbing to my friends and family for all their plumbing needs.

My Dad called this plummer for a clogged toilet. They sent 2 people out, one of the workers stayed in the van the entire time apologizing to someone on the phone and my Dad had to help unclog his own toilet only to have the same thing happen the very next day. When he called to have them return they sent one guy for a 2 man job and re billed him for another visit when the work wasn't done properly the first time. Very bad service. Do not recommend.

I was having having an issue with my shower leaking from the upstairs bathroom. I tried doing some stuff as suggested by a neighbor with the same issue and ended up damaging a little of the shower drain. So i called in a professional. Dave came in and looked at it. he did acknowledge that I messed up the drain base. He gave me 2 options. he said he could fix it for $500.00 or i could replace the shower for $3500.00. Obviously i chose the first option. He told me what he would do to fix it.so a few weeks passed and I scheduled for him to come out and fix it. I was at work and my wife was at home. He does the work and then before he hands her an invoice he proceeds to tell my wife that he cant guarantee the work and that it could technically leak again tomorrow. and he isnt responsible. Then hands her an invoice for 500.00 bucks and wrote on there that there is no warranty and that he cant guarantee his work because of the condition of the shower. my wife was not happy. She said why did you even bother fixing it then? She said a few other things, but basically his response was that your husband knew of the options and he kept going on and on that I damaged the shower drain.Thats fine and dandy, yes i did damage the drain and yes he did go over my options with me. Not one time..I repeat..not one time in any of our conversations did he tell me that it could possibly leak the next day nor did he tell me that he couldn't guarantee any of the work. He simply said he would fix it. I called him and said the same thing. he basically just kept saying i knew the options and I chose to fix it. Who in their right mind would pay $500.00 dollars to fix something that may only last a day?? he said its possible it could last a while. but then its possible it could leak again the same day. He knew i was furious with him. he later had someone call me to pay the invoice. I told her I was very unhappy. She just apologized for the confusion. but she wanted that 500.00 dollars. So as I am a man of my word, i went ahead and paid. I even emailed him a response telling him I was going to leave him a negative review but possibly giving a chance for a resolve. He never even responded to me. Collected my money and that was that.I feel he was dishonest. Why did he not tell me that it could leak the same day and he couldn't guarantee his work? Why wait until he was completely done with the job? had he told me that, i would of said no thanks to the fix and just saved up to replace the shower. I feel like i just threw $500.00 dollars away. That is no way to treat a customer. i hope it was worth it for him. he lost a customer and got himself a bad review. Im sure he will respond and say he told me my options. Guess he picks and chooses what to tell you. I will not do business with this guy again.Very unhappy!!Chad Smith

Stumbled across Top of the Line Plumbing looking for a replacement water heater...so glad I did! Spoke to Gavin over the phone and he thoroughly explained all my options. When Scott came to do the work, he was on time, professional and VERY efficient. Gavin was in the are so he even dropped by to check on us and make sure everything was ok! So happy with it, I had them some and correct some mistakes a previous plumbing company had made. EXTREMELY happy with that service call as well!Plumbing work is not inexpensive...but with don't hesitate to call Top of the Line. They will get the job quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price! Now, I know who to call when I need something done right AND who to recommend to friends if they need a plumber!

Very happy with Aldridge & Sons. Once agreed on an estimated price, they scheduled promptly, arrived on time, good attitude, and quality job. They installed a new toilet and replaced a hose bib outside. Price seemed very fair to me. Would highly recommend.

We had hard water build up in our solar water tank. My husband called them yesterday and they came out today. The Sunshine State Plumber found the buildup, cleaned the pipe and got us on our way to full running hot water in no time at all. He was fast and we got a good price. I contacted Steve's Plumbing after reading the reviews. Coming from New York I was very impressed. I'm from a family of plumbers, and I know how important customer service is. Steve took the time to explain in detail, multiple conversations, what needed to be done in order to connect my gas dryer. In the end, to save me money Steve recommended I return the gas dryer for an electric dryer. I am very appreciative of his honesty and patience and will definitely call his company again, most likely to replace my builder's grade fixtures. :)

I had less than a month to move my business before my lease was up and needed to be into my new space working. I contacted Superior Plumbing and had someone come to my space same day to check it out and had a quote the very next day. Even started that next Monday. They have great customer service and their work was just as awesome. I appreciate everything that they did.You would not be sorry that you chose them to do any of your plumbing needs!

Is it possible to give a 0? The guy never called before arriving. I guess I had the wrong number. He was also an hour late on Day One. On Day Two he installed the handle to our faucet on the left side, rather than the right. It is now a faucet for left-handed people! Delta will not fix it, because we signed off. (Who, after the plumber has demonstrated that the water and disposal work, would notice that for inexplicable reasons the guy has flipped the handle around?! Who would even check for that?! That is something one notices upon using the sink!) Hire your own plumber and steer clear of this outfit.
