Turner Plumbing did a complete re-plumb of my house. Very pleased with their work and the time it took them to complete the job. I called them back to put in a new garbage disposal. I have recommended them to many of my friends and neighbors.

Be careful with this company, I purchased a dishwasher for home depot and they provided piping, this plumber didn't glued pieces and they are saying water damage under my sink is my fault because I provide the pipe. The wanted to charge additional $150 + to have someone come and glue it like it was supposed to be done to begin with. I had used this company for all my plumbing needs in the passed very surprise to see how they treat loyal customers. Time to find an honest company.

First, I'd give this company a 0 îf I could.I called this company over a week ago, inquiring about getting an undermount sink removed and replaced. The woman that I spoke with stated that they could do the task, so I scheduled an appointment. On the day the job was to be completed, I received a phone call about an hour before the timeslot I was scheduled for informing me that they couldn't do the job. Here I had already taken time off from work, and now I have to find a new contractor...These contractors underappreciated their customers so much a

Used this company one other time in the past. In the past they were great. Fast responses and got to my house in a timely manner and fixed my issues fast. However, it seems this company has gone downhill since. I originally reached out on Tuesday morning to have a shower valve installed in my home. I was told to send over pictures and that after talking to the team, they would let me know if the project could be accomplished. I was told Wednesday morning that it was definitely doable and that I would receive a quote “very soon”. Then I was was told the quote would be later that day or early the next day (Thursday). Well now coming up on Friday afternoon, no quote still. I don’t see how it can take 4 days to come up with a quote for a simple job. I connected two other companies and they were able to give me a quote within a hour of seeing the photos of what I needed done. I suggest using another company if you would like things done fast.

I chose this company because of their reviews on Google. I called (great customer service) told them my problem (an object was lodged in my toilet), they sent a Plummer (Billy) out within the same hour. Billy the plumber was kind, knowledgeable, and fast. The job was done in less than a 1hr! Im completely satisfied and I will definitely spread the word about their services!

Every time I call Jake he is very responsive, professional and provides excellent services. I have used him several times. First time he came right out and replaced my disposal.Today the bath tub faucet was leaking. He came right out, went to the store and got a replacement and installed and caulked the new one. I would highly recommend this company.

Mike installed a plenum and the APCO-X filtration module. He was fast, efficient, pleasant and cleaned up after himself. Griffin just has the most professional and nice people working for them.
