Ross was on time, friendly, and very thorough while diagnosing a potentially clogged drain. I called David for an estimate on a cast iron drain replacement and he came out the next morning. The next day the work was done in 3 1/2 hours on the low side of his estimate. This guy is good.He was prompt, courteous, and he even swept up the floor afterwards. The interaction of the guys there was respectful and professional. It is obvious that David and his guys practice what they claim on their website. These are not just words to these men, they are a class example for the trade and one to be emulated. Need a plumber, call THEM.

Came out to repair/clean a main waste line. They showed me the issue (see pic) with their impressive pipe inspection technology and remedied the situation using a partial pipe replacement and pipe cleaning approach. Really enjoyed working with the team and appreciated their service. They also enlighten me to the layout of the piping underneath the house which will be helpful intel for future remodel considerations.

***BEWARE*** NEVER USE****. He clearly said we charge $92 per hour. He worked a total of 12 mins ON THE DOT and charged me $300.For what?! Oh its time and a half for coming at 5:15 pm. Its $90 trip charge and it takes 30 minutes to write up an invoice. And we charge for using our equipment and speaking english and some other BS!So you are gonna charge me for writing an invoice!?Yes. he said.And he goes im actually giving you a discount for only charging you $300NEVER USE THEM!!! Beware!!!

We had our grease traps pumped out today. David Wilson was the tech performing the work. He was very professional. He was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable of his profession - he answered every question. He was scheduled to be on site at 9am, and arrived 9am sharp. He commented that everything was in good working order, and would like to come back for our next bi-monthly service to ensure we're set up at the correct interval. I would very much appreciate if David was sent out to handle our grease traps from now on. I feel we're in good hands with David - he's a great representative for Metro-Rooter. I would also like to comment that while David was pumping the grease traps, Robert Giordano showed up to see if he could do anything for us and to inquire if we were satisfied with Metro-Rooter's service (not the first time Robert came out to check on Metro-Rooter's service).
