Ken arrived on time, was very professional and performed the repair quickly.

My plumber was fine but was charged over $300 labor ( everyone else is $150 ) and $40 for a $15 part. Job took 5 minutes and cost $350 total for a shower cartridge. Really?

We have used several plumbers. For consistent reliability, quality, and responce, Turner cant be beat.

I was having having an issue with my shower leaking from the upstairs bathroom. I tried doing some stuff as suggested by a neighbor with the same issue and ended up damaging a little of the shower drain. So i called in a professional. Dave came in and looked at it. he did acknowledge that I messed up the drain base. He gave me 2 options. he said he could fix it for $500.00 or i could replace the shower for $3500.00. Obviously i chose the first option. He told me what he would do to fix it.so a few weeks passed and I scheduled for him to come out and fix it. I was at work and my wife was at home. He does the work and then before he hands her an invoice he proceeds to tell my wife that he cant guarantee the work and that it could technically leak again tomorrow. and he isnt responsible. Then hands her an invoice for 500.00 bucks and wrote on there that there is no warranty and that he cant guarantee his work because of the condition of the shower. my wife was not happy. She said why did you even bother fixing it then? She said a few other things, but basically his response was that your husband knew of the options and he kept going on and on that I damaged the shower drain.Thats fine and dandy, yes i did damage the drain and yes he did go over my options with me. Not one time..I repeat..not one time in any of our conversations did he tell me that it could possibly leak the next day nor did he tell me that he couldn't guarantee any of the work. He simply said he would fix it. I called him and said the same thing. he basically just kept saying i knew the options and I chose to fix it. Who in their right mind would pay $500.00 dollars to fix something that may only last a day?? he said its possible it could last a while. but then its possible it could leak again the same day. He knew i was furious with him. he later had someone call me to pay the invoice. I told her I was very unhappy. She just apologized for the confusion. but she wanted that 500.00 dollars. So as I am a man of my word, i went ahead and paid. I even emailed him a response telling him I was going to leave him a negative review but possibly giving a chance for a resolve. He never even responded to me. Collected my money and that was that.I feel he was dishonest. Why did he not tell me that it could leak the same day and he couldn't guarantee his work? Why wait until he was completely done with the job? had he told me that, i would of said no thanks to the fix and just saved up to replace the shower. I feel like i just threw $500.00 dollars away. That is no way to treat a customer. i hope it was worth it for him. he lost a customer and got himself a bad review. Im sure he will respond and say he told me my options. Guess he picks and chooses what to tell you. I will not do business with this guy again.Very unhappy!!Chad Smith

Had a tankless hot water heater go out. They came in the next morning and installed a new unit. Professional installation, great service at a fair price. Will use them in the future and have already told some friends about them. I have found over the years the quality of the work is usually dictated by the organization and neatness of the service truck. See attached photographs.

These guys are awesome! They are available 24/7 and have very reasonable prices! Very professional and polite. They are dependable and there when they say they will be there. Will definitely use them again!

JEA was recently repairing sewer lines in my street and contracted Eagerton to inspect my sewer line from my home to the street. JEA had inspected and videoed the line before. Eagerton stated they were hired to redo. I don't know why because I was told by JEA there was NO problem and line was clean. Eagerton used heavy duty equipment to run thru my sewer line and damaged it in the process. When I discovered the problem I contacted JEA and was referred to Eagerton. Tommy the Vice President was very rude and repairs were only made when Mr Danny Eagerton initiated the repairs. Tommy refuses to give any documentation or warranty. Most likely because they charged JEA for the repair. FRAUD???Do not deal with this company!!! Call TURNER plumbing instead!!!

Nolan plumbing did a ? complete repipe of my home last month. They did a fantastic job. They were fast efficient, and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Called to get waterheater and drain looked at. Got an appointment called off work to be available since they didn't give an estimated time or time range even with a $215 service fee just to get them out. Dispatch called to cancel final got some to come out didn't have parts or understand the scope of my request. Didn't seem knowledgeable and had to call his supervisor for advise. Was told they would be back out the next day after 3pm. After no one showed up called in and they had nothing on record for him comming out and still only had replace water heater in the system. Would not recommend this company pretty much wasted $215 so I could tell someone what I need show him how I knew this by taking readings on the heating element with my tools since the tech didn't have a multimeter. Don't know how he planed to troubleshoot.

Ran with Snyder HVAC was a great technician. He showed up on a Saturday morning when our HVAC went out and wouldn’t cool the house on a hot day. Very polite and educational on what we needed. Would highly recommend!
