Had a sewer line bust. Raw sewage coming out on the lawn. Made a call. Within 10 minutes two young men arrived and started work. It was late in the day. They returned the next day and unclogged the pipe and replaced the section that was damaged . Didn't cost an arm and a leg. I recommend!!

Never heard of this, could not rate this probably a reliable company, plumber's have a hard job, most hard working people are honest, I would give them a call if I needed a plumber, I would use small company's better service and better price,

Best. Plumbing. Service. Ever. Seriously. I submitted an Angie's List request for a quote on Sunday evening. They called me right at 8am (or slightly before) Monday morning. Had a flexible slot at 10am immediately. I took it. They showed up 15 min. early (!!) and did superior work -- narrating what needed to be done step by step. Proactive communications. High quality and reasonable price. Can't go wrong with working with this company. Top notch and benchmark service.

They cut our air conditioning line when doing a repair at our condo. They even marked the location of the leak and dug up the pipe around it. But they would not admit to damaging the line. They claimed they heard the buried line hissing and dug it up as a courtesy for us. The hole they dug to do their work was five feet away. Our A/C tech wrote a report about the damaged line, claiming it had been cut. In a nutshell we just forked out $3,000 and they wouldn't pay a dime. They might be good I don't know but they are not honest.

We had a water heater go bad on a Saturday. We expected to pay a fortune for a weekend call but were treated very fairly. Super friendly and professional. Could not be more happy with this company.

I had particles in my hot water line. I talked to a few plumbers and other peoples with backgrounds in plumbing. And they thought it might be a break in the waterline in my slab. I talked to Gary Hall, explain to him what was going on, he asked me a question: by chance do you have a tankless hot water heater. The answer was yes. My water is so hard that the minerals were being cooked by my tankless hot water heater and creating particles. They came in and cleaned out the tankless hot water heater, and installed a water conditioner. The water conditioner should remove all the minerals, plus the water taste better. They did a great job, prices were very reasonable, and the people explained everything that they were doing for me.They just came back for a follow up, checked up on me, and they refused to take any money from me. What a fantastic outfit.

Billy just completed installation of my disposal. Quick and effecient. Very curteous and friendly. He even gave me a tip on how to drain sediment from my water heater.I have used Kimball several times over the last few years and have never been disappointed.

Darrell with Metro-Rooter did an amazing job! My septic alarm went off the day after Christmas, and I had no idea what was going on. Darrell came out to pump out the system and see if there was an issue. He was quick and efficient and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be using Metro-Rooter again!

Terrible service. Steve came out to my store to assess a problem I was having with the sink and toilet. He gave me the vaguest of answers before giving me his card and leaving my problem unresolved. I called the next day and asked for him. His secretary told me he'd call me back. Never heard from him.

Best plumbing company in jax. I have used them for many years, both comercially and residentially. They do good work for a fair price. Honest and VERY hard working folks. I always know I can trust what they say. They have never steered me wrong.

I had less than a month to move my business before my lease was up and needed to be into my new space working. I contacted Superior Plumbing and had someone come to my space same day to check it out and had a quote the very next day. Even started that next Monday. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt the service of Monument Plumbing was worth sharing. I needed my water heater replaced and some piping repaired on short notice and this company was prompt, professional and courteous. They showed up on schedule, provided great service and did quality work. After having received a variety of negative experiences with other plumbing companies, the service and professionalism of Monument Plumbing was a welcome surprise. I highly recommend!
