Best Pumps Plumbing in Jacksonville FL

Had valve in the shower that sheered off and needed replacing. Called David Gray plumbing at noon and got same day service to fix our issue. Mike Vira was our tech, and he's was great to work with, explained the work that needed to be done to correctly fix our problem. Will say was a little more than I was expecting in terms of price but after going through everything that need to be replaced felt much more comfortable with the price. As with everything today's price for materials and labor have gone up so everyone should keep that in mind. 5 stars would recommend.

I am very upset with this company. I told them over the phone that I have an undetectable leak and wanted to know how much would be to get it fixed. They told me they were going to send out a plumber and it would be a free estimate. When he got here before he even got started he said he needed $400. I advise him that I was told that it was a free estimate and he said the estimate is free but the detection is 400. I sent him on his way would not recommend this company have already talked to another plumber and it's going to be fixed. How can you say you're going to give a free estimate when you haven't even checked to see what's wrong and you want $400 up front

Connor and Jaylon (sp?) came to our home to replace the kitchen sink faucet. They did an awesome job and even went above and beyond the call of duty by replacing some missing caulk around the sink. Leading from the front, they demonstrated outstanding customer service. I would recommend Rolland Plumbing to my friends and family for all their plumbing needs.

Duck Duck was very responsive and were able to complete two jobs for me at two locations within a few days of my initial call. I called 3 other plumbers for the same services and left voicemails and just heard back after Duck had already completed both jobs. Their responsiveness helped keep my tenant happy. We have had work done by Lettow Plumbing & Restoration at both ours and our daughters house. They are quick to respond, communicate well, and have excellent customer service. The guys who have come out, Chris, Baxter, John, Jessie, and Paul, and Anna on the phone, have all been polite, courteous, and professional. From a small job of hooking up a drain, to replumbing our entire house, we have been pleased with the response, speed, and quality of work.

Great plumbers

I located Monument Plumbing on Craigslist as I needed to replace 2 toilets and install new kitchen faucet. You never know what to expect hiring someone this way, however Andy exceeded my expectations in all ways. Arrived on time, was really efficient and professional, did high quality work for a fair price. I will definitely use him next time and would strongly recommend him.

The work done was fine. That is not the problem I experience. They don’t have very good communication. I asked them to come out and do it for what the man that I called quoted, $250. I had no idea the work had been done as they didn’t call me or leave a bill or anything. Four business days later I get an email for the invoice. I checked that the work was done as I had absolutely no idea beforehand! It was for $110 dollar more than we had discussed and no one had even given me a call to notify me when they realized it would be about 40% more than the original quote. So generally unhappy about their customer service.

Great service, prompt, listened to my concerns. Didn't make me feel crazy for those concerns and really dug into the unit to find the problem.

Fast quality service, each truck is like a small store so no need for numerous trips to the shop and back to the work site.I've used them many times, these can do pretty much anything from re-pipes to new well pumps.

The last company we hired to come out failed to tell us the condition, show us the condition, and was in and out and on his way. Joe was thorough with the cleaning, inspection, and report. Joe spent an hour going through the air conditioner and assessing the maintenance needed, and then spent additional time to show and explain what he did and what he recommends for future visits. My husband and I were extremely impressed with the service and highly recommends this company.

Alex and his team were incredible! They were highly intelligible on the plumbing needs, professional, extremely friendly and quick to listen and solve the issues. Great experience!

Very professional service..definitely hire again

I needed a Dishwasher installed and I called All Hours Emergency Plumber and Eddie came by and did amazing work. He went above and beyond to get everything right and working properly. I will be using them for my future problems/installations.

Our toilet broke and would not flush. Best Jacksonville Plumbers helped us with it, and they were cheap compared to the other plumbers. Will use them again if we have another plumbing issue.

Added plumbing to backyard greenhouse. Very professional. They were as careful as possible when digging to avoid irrigation pipes. Will definitely have them do additional work at the house when needed.

The worst company I ever heard of they set me a appointment the tech never showed nor called I call them back to confirm my appointment they told me the plumber was running a little behind any company that sets a 5:00 pm appointment and never calls or shows by 8:00 pm should be closed even if it is a Saturday appointment I will never recommend or do business with these people they are worst than the one star I gave them.
