Best New Piping in Jacksonville FL

We had a pipe knock inside the wall, that the plumbers found, diagnosed, and repaired quite quickly with no mess and courteous service. James and Zach were our technicians, and they did a fantastic job! They were pleasant, thorough, timely, and affordable. Thank you very much for such a great job! I highly recommend them.

The last 2 jobs I had from Rolland Reash were nightmares to deal with. 2 years ago we had the plumber come out to fix a line behind the fridge only to have a leak gushing out, costing us alot of money and time to replace our floors in the kitchen area.The first 3 pictures are the old plumbing and the last 2 pictures are how roll and Reash installed them.6 months ago we decided to try again assuming this was a fluke. Plumber assembled everything together and as he explained how he assembled the shower lines, the pipe busted and splashed water everywhere. Within 30 seconds of running water spilling out this damage our new drywall panels, our new laminate floor we just installed in this area days before this incident, and damages are now showing up in our shower floor. Because of this they didn't charge us for the install and had someone come redo the floor. We bought the supplies and they installed the floors. Unfortunately I can't come to terms with how they handle these situations and for that we now have Tactical Plumbing coming through for us. These pics are the before and after of what the pipe looked like and where it broke off.

I had called two plumbers one took me for my money. I giggled plumbers near me. I prayed to get a good plumbing company Sunshine State came up. I called they came when they said on time professional, clean and a good price. I will always use them as long as they keep up their awesome service. I will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service. He fixed pipes behind my shower tub surround without tearing the wall apart. I can’t even see where he went behind the wall. Erin from your company installed a new hot water heater at my house, it was a very tight fit and he did an excellent job getting it in...but then something was wrong with it and he had to put another one in the next day. Another one of your employees came both times to help him lift the tank over AC lines. They both did great work!

W.W. Gay replaced the drain pan at my one bedroom condominium in Jacksonville, FL. I assumed that the company was fair and reputable, but my invoice arrived after the job, in the amount of $2,022.00. Yes, over two thousand dollars to replace a drain pan. When I complained about the cost, after several calls and emails, they dropped the price by $200.00 if I paid within 10 days. I paid, but the price is way, way above the national average cost to replace a drain pan, which ranges from $250 to $575.

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.

The worst company I ever heard of they set me a appointment the tech never showed nor called I call them back to confirm my appointment they told me the plumber was running a little behind any company that sets a 5:00 pm appointment and never calls or shows by 8:00 pm should be closed even if it is a Saturday appointment I will never recommend or do business with these people they are worst than the one star I gave them.
