Josh C. was professional and friendly from the start, worked fast, thoughtfully cleaned up, and added value by fixing another small drainage issue with the remaining time in my hour (told you he worked fast!). Really good communication throughout the process too, got a timely call from their office when the original plumber got held up by a previous job. Very happy, highly recommend!

We had a full septic tank and drain field removal and new install. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and very quick once we got the permit and everything was good to go. They even came back to lay down some more grass seed when the first batch wasn't taking well, so they definitely care about their work.

The plumber that came out was Nice ,.. I was told they were coming out the same day(Monday) they came the following day. My problem had started since Saturday ,. So I was frustrated by then.

They provided quote on a timely manner and when the job was completed the price was based on the quote (no hidden cost). The completed the job in a timely manner. They did a great job of changing installing a new shower stall from our original tub. The tile work was amazing. The new shower head they recommended is great. I will be using them when I remodel my master bathroom shower. I would strongly recommend them for your bathroom remodel or plumbing needs.

Very expensive. They charge way too much for the work actually performed. Reach out to more honest companies. There are many out there.

CCMP just replaced my entire septic system at my 65 year old house. It was time! I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of the materials that they used and the quality of the work! Harold and Dennis did an amazing job of tying in the new system, disabling and filling in the old tank, and getting me up and running again with almost no downtime. I went into this worried that it was going to be traumatic and extremely expensive. Not only did they price the job under what I was expecting, Harold took the time to explain to me every step of the way what was going on and how everything worked. No trauma. No surprises. Good people and honest

W.W. Gay replaced the drain pan at my one bedroom condominium in Jacksonville, FL. I assumed that the company was fair and reputable, but my invoice arrived after the job, in the amount of $2,022.00. Yes, over two thousand dollars to replace a drain pan. When I complained about the cost, after several calls and emails, they dropped the price by $200.00 if I paid within 10 days. I paid, but the price is way, way above the national average cost to replace a drain pan, which ranges from $250 to $575.

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.
