Amazing and competent customer service !

I had recently replaced my countertops and needed all of the connections redone for the new sink, including new drains. In addition, the installers had broke one of the valves, so I needed everything done. They showed up promptly for the appointment, had a quick and reasonable quote ready after looking at the project and quickly got to work. I’m pretty handy, but after seeing the work he did I know it was a project that was bigger than my skill/frustration level. Will definitely use them again.

The technician was rude to my elderly Mom and made her feel uncomfortable. I would give no stars if it was an option.

John Sweat and his capable crew had to replace old damaged cast iron main drain and washer discharge drain with PVC they also had to repair work that was previously done wrong by other contractors. The have prove that they will be our first call for future work on our facilities. Commercial and Residential.

I had a clogged drain. Roto Rooter responded much faster than I expected. Nathan Hunter was technician. He was very knowledgeable and courteous He made sure to my drain was cleared and running properly. What a day before Thanksgiving story.

I cannot say enough about David and Renee and the team at Pipe Right Plumbing, Inc. Their team was on-time every day, respectful, responsive, friendly, and did an amazing job. The job site was always neat and they were well prepared each day for the job. We will definitely use them for our next project!

The work done was fine. That is not the problem I experience. They don’t have very good communication. I asked them to come out and do it for what the man that I called quoted, $250. I had no idea the work had been done as they didn’t call me or leave a bill or anything. Four business days later I get an email for the invoice. I checked that the work was done as I had absolutely no idea beforehand! It was for $110 dollar more than we had discussed and no one had even given me a call to notify me when they realized it would be about 40% more than the original quote. So generally unhappy about their customer service.

Travis went over & above to clear my sewage line. He ran the snake repeatedly to locate & clear the line in my 60 year old system. I called Econo-rooter when my first company could not come at the last minute. They called back and came out right away on Sunday afternoon. I was very pleased with the work and would highly recommend them.
