Had a break in the water line on my side. Was very small and on a Sunday. It was controllable and I left a message to be contacted. I got a reply 7:45 on Monday and service wthin two hours for the repair. All went well and was reasonable priced. Unfortuneately, the repair did not hold the next day. I called and told them it was leaking. I know they were on calls but did show up in reasonanable time to repair. The repair pipe was faulty. It has been two days and all is well. My neighbor had used them and was very satisfied and so am I. I would and will use them when I redo the bath. Met the crew Andrew, Ken and Patrick all very professional and explained their work.

Great plumbers work here. Honest, dependable and experienced. This company is at the top of my plumbers list.

Desperately needed septic tank drained after Elsa downpour. Duck Duck did not hesitate to respond immediately and they came out within 30 min! Drained and cleaned tank, cleaned up work area and they were off to the next job. Greatly recommended!

Aldridge and Sons plumbing installed a water heater in my house this week. The old one had 2 months remaining on the warranty and they worked with the manufacturer to have them pay for the replacement heater. I had a new water heater installed within 2 days. Chris in the office and The guy that did the installation were both fantastic. The company exceeded my expectations on this transaction and I will not hesitate to call them next time I need a plumber.

The folks there are considerate, they take their time, they wore masks in the home, took their shoes off.... Honestly, would highly recommend. Awaiting a follow up service, so I might adjust my thoughts.

yesterday ( 4-11-2018 ) I called Losco Plumbing because over the last week and a half i have slowly been losing water pressure. They showed up right when they said they would. The first thing they asked, was, do I have a water softener? I said yes. He went over to the system, turned it to bypass mode and instantly my water pressure was back to normal. They said I need to call the water softener people. Within 5 minutes they diagnosed the problem. They are the best ever. They recently put in a new water heater too. I would never use anyone else and I recommend them to everyone for your plumbing needs.

Added a drain fill, sewer line repair, cleaned up after theirselves, explained everything to us Mark especially. I will be recommending to EVERYONE. They also do AC. Thank you so much for being a good company.

Needed some plumbing work yesterday and called Steven. He came out the same day and did a great job for us again. We used him before when we moved to NE Florida to install our whole house water softener and filtered water lines on our 2 refrigerators. Very reliable, professional, and reasonably priced.

Twice in June.Andy replaced thermostat and heating elements in under warranty hot water heater. Job went smooth. He was on-time, left area clean, and honored his quoted price.
