Best Heating Repair And Maintenance in Jacksonville FL

Awful communication. I had my septic tank pumped and replaced a small sewer pump 3 months ago. The repair man mentioned that the drain field showed signs of failing. We set up an appointment for an estimate, and the man didn't show within the 4 hour window. Fast forward 3 months and my kitchen sink sprang a minor leak. I was told yesterday that someone would come out. No one called or bother to show up. I had called late afternoon and was told that they were really busy and that someone would be out tomorrow. It is now 3 p.m. and I still haven't heard from them. I've wasted my time and now I have to call another plumber.

American Plumbing replaced my sewer line in January 2022. They were super professional, helpful and responsive. Someone in management was there frequently to check the work and kept me informed at every step. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.
