Ruslan called to ask if he could arrive 15 or so minutes ahead of the agreed time for the semi-annual inspection of our heating and air conditioning system which Donovan has done since I have owned this house. He was knowledgeable about the equipment and our record as a customer, Ruslan was also personable and polite. We look forward to seeing him regularly.

Troy was professional and gave suggestions for what was needed with some electrical issues we were having. He sent me the quotes within 30 minutes with all the suggestions. The prices seemed reasonable.
