I had an issue with transparency with this company. For service fee minimum $200 that's just looking at it, gives u the list of material needed and charge you again for the actual work minimum $400 with materials you provided when they come back. I asked for a quotation for installation of toilet. They end up threatening our employee to report us to health inspectors to agree to have the work they said needs to be done as soon as possible. And it's okay but procedure dictates u have to get approval from whomever called. They did not reach out to me regarding estimates and I did not approve any work order. So I end up with $6000 bill that needs to be paid in 30days despite having issues with the whole process. But according to the company it's a he say, she say issue. Despite of having a recording of the conversation me stating I need a quotation before going through any work. Anyway, the brand new heater installed which we didn't even need, they didn't even bother check if it's working before leaving, So I have to call someone else. Installation of the toilet is good, it's working. We will still pay the bill because it's installed or be transferred to collections agency. Despite of the unprofessional procedures this company have, they won't try to work and help you with this situation. I was not even given a chance to canvass for a reasonable price. This is just to warn people when you deal with this company. Especially during this hard times.

Ed from the service team came to site and did everything in his power to help me resolve the issue without having to replace the toilet. We ended up replacing it, but was very helpful, communicative and clean. Highly recommended!!!

Review started out as a 1. Tech came out Friday pumped out the septic tank. Pump needs replaced, said they'd be back Monday with pump. Tech shows up Monday and tells us it needs a pump then has to leave to get one. Comes back, breaks the lid to the tank, replaces pump, leaves all old parts in yard. After a phone call to the company, sends another tech out on Tuesday. They took care of the broken lid, took away all old parts and covered everything back up.What started out as a bad experience turned into a good experience. Thank you!

I wanted a reliable plumber and I was not familiar with any in the area. I checked out the Facebook group of our community in Fernandina Beach and saw where Bert Normans was mentioned several times. I called in the morning and we had two service techs, Jason and Zach, at our home before noon. We had a leak someplace that was causing a bedroom to flood. Wearing masks and covers on their shoes they inspected potential problem areas and discovered the air conditioner drain was clogged. They suctioned out the drain and we are confident they solved out problem. Would we use them again? Absolutely!

Despite scheduling days in advance they don't give a window time frame for arrival on appts so I burned a vacation day and spent ALL day waiting. At 3:50pm when I still hadn't heard from them I called and was assured they will be by and they finish all jobs scheduled for the day. 5:40pm came and I got a call saying the tech wouldn't make it because of a busy day and they dont work past 5pm. Thank you for wasting my time! Still no word from you any on at the office despite asking for them to call. Save the we are proud of our customer service reply you copy and paste.

Our toilet broke and would not flush. Best Jacksonville Plumbers helped us with it, and they were cheap compared to the other plumbers. Will use them again if we have another plumbing issue.

Very unorganized! I was just trying to schedule a home remodel estimate and the front office had no idea what I was talking about. Not to mention of the previous reviews 2 had the same last name... makes me think it was family that was helping boost reviews.

I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!
