Not finished yet, 3 days down and at least a week to go, but Jacob is polite, neat, has already proven himself trustworthy, punctual, an excellent communicator, and very knowledgeable about all the issues we face with this home built in 1957 and what to do about them. Kingdom Based Plumbing was fantastic, they showed up within about 30 minutes of our call on a Saturday afternoon, I showed them where the water was coming from, they found a tree root that was causing problem and replaced the section that was cracked and stressed from the root, plus removed the section of root to prevent this from happening again. The quote was very reasonable, the guys were professional, and we will be using them again if the need occurs.We had initially called another plumbing service (large company with advertisements everywhere), received an answering service waited 20 minutes and still no call back, then we called Kingdom, Kingdom was already here working before we finally heard back from the other company.

I was one of the first to use the electrical repair service when it commenced. The first Service Tech was Jesse and he accomplished what I needed in short-order. Today's service was to get a quote on replacing all the plugs (3) and light and fan (8) switches in the master bathroom. I purchased the material because I was going to do it myself. The quote was a bit more than expected but the Service Tech, Jeff, said he could do it immediately. Accepted the quote and within an hour the job was finished.

Well, I have had a complete runaround with this company. They were assigned to me through my home warranty. Well, I think most home warranty calls are paid up front, at least mine was.The plumber showed up at my door unprepared because he did not get the details what exactly needed repairs. Told me he is going to contact the office and have me rescheduled. I received no call back so I called to have them reschedule.I was rescheduled by Jason, but then my account was closed...without any work completed!FYI, I can't rate the quality of the work because nothing was done.
