Twice in June.Andy replaced thermostat and heating elements in under warranty hot water heater. Job went smooth. He was on-time, left area clean, and honored his quoted price. Couple weeks later Andy installed new kitchen sink and plumbed to fit. Again all went well....I highly suggest you give Andy a call....

Jason came out and diagnosed our slab leak within 10 minutes of being at our house. I thought it would be super costly but he pinpointed the exact spot where the leak was coming from. (Disclaimer: I know that not all leaks are this easy sometimes) The work was scheduled for the next week and he arrived on time and made sure that he put on the foot covers every time he came in the house. I am very satisfied with the end result and would call again if needed in the future!

I had been dealing with a leak in my upstairs tub for over a month and one plumber had already came out here and said that my ceiling would need to be cut so he could get to the pipe. Best company ever.Second Update: Dustin came out and replaced our entire water filtration system and new main water line to the house. We have well water and now everything is amazing. Highly recommend them and Dustin was super informative and explain every step. This is our third major utilities upgrade with Griffin Services.

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.
