Best Drain Systems in Jacksonville FL

This was the absolute worst experience I have had with a plumber! I waited the week for them to come out, simply to disconnect my free standing bathtub so my husband could remove it for some tile work. The guy did not want to do the work, that was evident, and then told me it would cost $1000 just to disconnect it. He never even offered to start the work, he just wanted to leave. A job that should have taken under an hour and could not have been simpler, they wanted an outrageous amount of money for…I will never use this company again.

Eric with Harry Hayes Plumbing came out to one of our company's stores to locate any possible leak. The water bill for this store had doubled. He checked toilets, spigots, backflow, and basically anything else that could have a leak. He also spent some time watching the water meter to determine if there was a leak. When he called to fill me in on all of this, he even told me that the city's utility company was replacing a water main very near to our store. I can't use the phrase above and beyond enough for these folks and will use them again in the future!

Rolland Reash Plumbing does outstanding work! I called them for an emergency issue with my water heater this weekend. They let me know how long it would take for someone to come, called me to confirm the exact arrival time and sent over a professional plumber who was going to make sure he assessed every aspect of the issue so that it would be repaired correctly. Dakota from Swift Brothers Plumbing was tasked with installing 4 new chair height toilets in our new home. He notified us before arrival, and actually arrived early to the appointment, much to our delight. Singlehandedly, he installed the 4 toilets on three floors of our home and removed the old ones. He was careful to protect the house and the new toilets during the entire process. Dakota was professional and precise in his performance. We were quite comfortable with him in our home. We had an issue with one of the lines on a toilet, due to the uneven flooring, not due to any of Dakota's work. He returned promptly and fixed the line. We could not be more pleased with Dakota or with Swift Brothers. I highly recommend Dakota and Swift Brothers without reservation.

My drains have been backing up at least once a year for the last 19 years I’ve lived here. These gentlemen came to my house within about 15 minutes of calling and within less than an hour they had my drains running properly and told me what the issue was that constantly cost at old pipes of course and will be getting me a quote as to what needs to be done and the charge was very very reasonable. I’ve had others quote me and they were 234 times more than these people

I had a pipe spring a leak at the worst possible time.....late at night. I put in three calls to other plumbers and Nolan had the pipe fixed before any of the other plumbers even called! They were friendly, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

These guys were great. They responded immediately to a plumbing emergency. I had a massive leak spilling into my kitchen from behind a wall. They were thorough in their inspection to isolate where the problem was stemming from. Once they identified the problem, it was a quick fix. My water heater was shot. Before I found Advantage Plumbing, I made the mistake of initially calling one of those corporate outfits, and quickly dismissed their technician because he said it was a slab leak and he was going to tear up my wall, rip out cabinetry and jack hammer my tile floor! I heard about Advantage Plumbing from someone I trust, and thank goodness I called them. They charged half as much as I was quoted by the other company that wanted to charge me an astronomical amount to destroy my kitchen.Thank you to the two gentlemen that took care of me today!!!

I called Nelson Plumbing to come out and fix a leaking valve. They were not able come out, but recommended another company. It's a measure of good business that even when a company cannot 'fix' your problem, they are still trying to 'solve' your problem.

Honestly the worst plumbing company that I've ever dealt with. Mario the dispatcher first sends the wrong technician to my home. Then neglects to reschedule the correct technician after I asked him to do so. I asked for him to have Travis, his Manager call me back after trying to reach him at 12:30pm. Never heard from Travis and yet to see a technician. When I called them at 5:20pm, Sorry Travis is gone for the day. Horrendous customer service. These guys are terrible. Fenwick since you record all of your calls, go back and listen to the exchange. Then re-train your dispatchers and get your act together for your customers.
