I have used DWV plumbing for years. David has replaced my shower, gas water heater, kitchen sink faucet, & even come out on a Sunday to clear a blocked bathroom. He has always given me a fair price & I have never had any issues with the quality of work. When he replaced my shower, he left my bathroom cleaner than it had been before they came out, even down to cleaning the fan vent & repainting the AC vent cover. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DWV plumbing to anybody.

Called upon Monument Plumbing to replace my kitchen sink and faucet. Showed up on time and did GREAT work. Great attention to detail! We had the misfortune of having two plumbing issues back to back. We also had the good fortune of contacting Bert Normans plumbing. Office staff was very helpful with excellent communications. On both occasions for service the plumbing technicians were timely, cordial and professional. After their evalution of the problems, they explained what was needed and what it would cost. All in all, we are very pleased.

Excellent work at a great price. Had a repipe completed, with water heater replaced and water softener added. We decided to replace our master bath at the same time of the repipe which made the whole process easier. Would recommend them to anyone who asks. We had a great experience.

Good people and honest

While the service person was professional and polite and the leak in my pool was repaired I am very upset that the repair on the pool deck was never completed! I called and was told that they FORGOT!! Now the pool is not complete and as a senior I am concerned that I may trip and fall. I think they don’t care because they got the money! Like I said I am a senior and Feel as though they have taken acdvantage of me. Be warned to not pay until the work is complete. I trusted them .....shouldn’t have!!

You unclogged my toilet with a $49 tool instead of through the air cut on my ranch Style roof! Take my advice and do not use this sorry liar employee who I am sure will be back by his rude self. Call Terry Vereeniging plunking in Jacksonville. This Is a copy full of liras
